Got a seat in the Lockbox so it was not as loud!

We were able to get a table in the Lockbox section with Sara (GM) on a busy Saturday night - 5 stars! It was away from the main dining room and much quieter than the main dining room which was nice. Aida, our server was friendly and very attentive. We ordered the Bang Bang Chicken from HH menu. Good portion and tasty. Also ordered a burgle and the seafood stew. Both were delicious. The side salad for the burger - delicious - I liked especially liked the dried cherries. This experience was excellent. Thanks to Sara and Aida for making it better.

Von's 1000 Spirits just opened in Kirkland and it is easily one of the hottest spots right now for food and drinks. Every thirty minutes, they do a cocktail announcement with special discounts, which makes the whole place super fun. They specialize in sourdough pasta and pizza, and everything we tried was incredible. We got the Alaskan cod tacos, and the fish was so moist, soft, and packed with flavor. We really enjoyed the pizza, it was really filling. The service was fantastic, and the overall vibe was great.

Pasta was absolutely incredible. It's so fresh, so tasty, and flavorful. The lighting and vibe in here is very nice as well. I got chosen to spin a massive wheel in the restaurant that lands on various cocktails and provides a discount to the whole restaurant, it was so fun. The service was great! He was very kind and accommodating especially when our dessert accidentally got ran to the wrong table. Brandon, who I believe was the manager in charge, made it right and accommodated my girlfriend and I for the mix up and was very kind about it. I've tried the woodinville Vons and loved it, and I can happily say my love for Vons continues in Kirkland too. This place is very good. Good job Von

Recently opening on June 10, 2026, this location of Von's 1000Spirits in Kirland, WA is the 3rd instance of the popular Seattle area craft cocktail bar, specializing in sourdough pizzas and homemade pastas (others in Woodinville, and downtown Seattle). Our group of five had a great Saturday early dinner. They are known for their (made-from)-scratch Manhattan ($8.99), so my wife got that. It was definitely strong enough, and have to agree an absolute bargain for a craft cocktail in a place like this. I ended up finishing most of it since, since the 'Wagering Wheel' (a big visible prize wheel, spun every 30 minutes, indicating what cocktail is on sale) stopped at the Skinny Bitch (Savor Spear Vodka, cranberry, grapefruit, spun sugar, illuminated with a magic ice cube) being the drink special ($12 down from $17). She really enjoyed that drink. I really enjoyed my meal (choice from the small bites section) of Puget Sound Clams ($22) in a creamy vodka sauce. The clams were big and meaty, and the sauce was robust. It came with toasted ciabatta for dipping, but wasn't sure how much they would give me...so added a loaf of sour dough baguette ($8), which turned out to be delicious. It ended up being a filling and satisfying meal. Leah was our server, and she was attentive and friendly throughout. We tried to see if we could get some sour dough starter to take back, but was told nicely that this location doesn't do that. It was worth asking since the bread here is quite good.

Von is recently open in Kirkland and it's amazing . Vibes are great and food is great esp there pasta. I don't like there flat bread though. Brocalli was also bland . Von is just good for drinks and thee e fresh pasta . Service was quick and we were seethed immediately

Came for lunch this past week after watching construction! Loved the vibe - fun and swanky at the same time. I had fried chicken sandwich - very solid - good flavor and nice balance with the pickles! I hate the fact that fries aren't included though - $18 for a sandwich that doesn't include fries?? One other thing that was weird - person spinning the wheel for drink specials and then getting on the microphone calling out "$10 Cosmos!" And then "$8 tequila shots!" It was 11:45 AM ?! It was off - save it for happy hour. I'm looking forward to coming back for dinner.

We were looking for dinner around 9:30 p.m., and this place came up with glowing reviews. It absolutely lived up to the hype. Even that late at night, the restaurant was still buzzing. The bar was packed, tables were full, and the whole place had a fun, lively atmosphere. We were seated immediately, and our server, Matthew, made our first visit even better. He was friendly, attentive, and offered some great recommendations. On his suggestion, we ordered the meatball pizza, and wow, it was incredible. Every single one of us loved it. We also started with the clams, which were absolutely delicious. Our only complaint is that we wished they had given us more sourdough because the sauce was so good we could have eaten it by the spoonful. Definitely order this as an appetizer. For our mains, we had the Spicy Rig and the chicken pasta. The Spicy Rig was a huge hit at our table and easily one of our favorite dishes of the night. The chicken pasta was good too. We loved the pasta itself, but the chicken was a little dry. I enjoyed the pasta so much that I even bought a bag of their dried pasta to take home. At $15 for a one-pound bag, it felt like a fun and unique souvenir. We also ordered the apple strudel and the Rocky Road pie for dessert, and both were fantastic. A couple of cocktails rounded out a really wonderful meal. At one point, a large group of nearly 20 people came in and got a little rowdy. It became so loud that we had trouble hearing each other at our table. Of course, that wasn't the restaurant's fault, and we weren't upset about it, but it did affect our experience a bit. What happened next completely won us over. When it was time to pay, the manager comped our desserts, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. We already loved the food and planned to come back, but that level of hospitality made this experience truly memorable. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the kindness shown by both Matthew and the manager was above and beyond. If you're debating whether to give this place a try, just go. It has officially become one of those restaurants we'll make a point to visit anytime we're in town.

Happened to be out walking and saw a new place open, today was their soft opening. Service was great. Ambiance was fun. There's a drinks wheel that they spin about every half hour that where it lands is what discount is available for the next 30 mins. Calamari was nice and crispy on the outside and delicate on the inside. The pizza was amazing! Sourdough crust was made thin and crispy. The cheese pull was amazing and the toppings were great. The pasta is sourdough and homemade. Texture was lovely, I had the spicy "rigs". The sauce was great with a slight spicy kick. The crispy prosciutto provided a nice crunch. Overall, a great place to have lunch and they even offered a 25% off during lunch hour for local residents. So definitely worth supporting a local business!

The anticipation of Vons 1000 in Kirkland was so exciting!! I love this place so much that I'll trek over to downtown Seattle or Woodinville just to get their sourdough pasta but now that they're right in my hood, I may become obsessed!

I wanted to give a 5/5 stars for our server, Wayne. He was very friendly and when I had concerns about the ingredients and spice level of my pizza, he confirmed with me on what I was comfortable with. As for the atmosphere, if you've been to the Woodinville or Seattle locations, the vibe is pretty much the same, which is pleasant and lively at times. The only awkward thing about the place is the main entrance. It's pretty tight but if you've entered, the host stand is directly on the left. Now for the food, we've been to the Woodinville location multiple times and have not been disappointed. We ordered a couple of different items that weren't the pasta and our reviews are mixed. We ordered the calamari, a pizza, and a burger. The burger was supposed to be some pink but it was pretty much well done. The taste was great nonetheless and the patty was still juicy and flavorful. The calamari on the other hand was honestly a disappointment. It had a weird taste to it that wasn't particularly pleasant. We had a few and were turned off by it. Finally, the pizza. The taste itself was fine but the texture was not right. I'm not sure if it's because it's made with whole milk mozzarella, but the cheese was not fully melted and was kind of rubbery. Reheating it the next day didn't help. The bread got super hard and somehow the cheese also? I'm not sure if the food quality is due to the location but I'm not sure if we'd return to this location.

I am SO happy we get a Vons in Kirkland! Perfect location, the space is beautiful, lots of outdoor seating. We went on the grand opening, and everything went without a hitch. Our servers were amazing, we met the owner, and the drinks and food were spot on! The nonna Maria pizza is amazing, and a great happy hour price.

Came in to try this location and it did not disappoint! Our server Bri was amazing and so knowledgeable of the menu. I would return to this location just based on her amazing personality and the excellent service I was provided. My favorite thing is their sourdough pastas, so delicious! If you love sourdough this is the place for you! :)

Sat at the bar and tried out some happy hour specials. Got the Korean sauce wings ($12) and cheese truffle fries ($8). Decent amount of fries, definitely has cheese flavor but not that much truffle oil aroma. I liked the wings which you get 6 per order. They weren't fried, but rather tender and juicy. Sauce was agreeable. Definitely enough food for my dinner. As for the drinks, I got the rosemary mule which is Moscow mule with some rosemary herb. The copper mug they use is good sized. Tasted refreshing although could feel the alcohol afterwards. Also tried a corpse reviver no. 2, which was a little sweet but has a punch. Cocktail prices are not cheap outside of happy hour, in the upper teens. Overall, was glad I tried the place out. Will drop by for happy hour once in a while.

Very nice views of Lake Washington and the marina below. Super busy on a Friday night, partly because there were some stuff going on at the other restaurants at Carillon Point. Waited about 30-40 min to get seats at the bar. The food selection is not that big. They have a bigger wine and drinks selection. I got the pork belly for appetizers, and the spot prawn tagliarini. The pork belly is paired with some slightly sweet fruit to cut down on the grease, and the meat was nice and fatty. The tagliarini was tasty. I liked the tangy sauce (has saffron?) and the amount of prawns wasn't bad. My friend had the halibut and they thought it was only okay. Total $100ish for 2 people without any alcohol. The restaurant validates parking, but I still had to pay $5 to exit the lot.

We made a reservation for a Thursday dinner for our anniversary a few weeks in advance as we have done times before. When the hostess goes to seat us, we were brought to the table that you would only want if it was the last table available (no view, in the middle of the walking area, by the doors back to kitchen, no vibe, all hassle) we politely ask to move up to one of the several two tops available at the front (it was not that busy of a night) We sit. We wait. We wait. We finish the entire carafe of water. We wait. Finally our server comes to ask us for our cocktail order (30 minutes after sitting, we were on the cusp of walking out). Our cocktails take a while, which again is odd since it is not a packed house. Not once does she come to check in. Another 25 minutes passes and our waitress finally comes over and says our drinks should be there soon, and finally asked if we wanted to order an app, we did. 35 minutes after our first drink order, cocktails finally arrive. They were good. Fun James Bond theme to the list. We finished both cocktails and two appetizers. Our entire table was cleared by the busman and so we continued to admire the scenery before our waitress remembered we existed and came around to ask our order for entrees (We sat with no drinks and no apps for a very long time. The table next to us even commented on how long our service and their service was taking having noticed us sitting there with a cleared table). From order time of the main course until our food arrived - maybe another 25-30 minutes. When our food came, we were expectedly hungry and just perplexed from the experience. Food was good. Prices went up due to the economy. That's fine. It is expected these days. Again our table is cleared, our waitress again remembers we exist - drops off a dessert menu unenthusiastically. Walks away. We definitely didn't want to have to wait for dessert at this point. We let her know just the check would be fine when she comes back around and she changes to be especially bubbly, friendly and enthusiastic for the first time all evening - minutes before dropping off the check which had a surprise of 3% service surcharge. Didn't say what the service charge was for. Didn't mention it inside the menu. We later found out by looking online that it is listed in small print on the bottom of the back - it's for the option to use credit card and you are charged this before you put down a card or cash. You are then taxed at the 10%+ sales tax for this added surprise charge. People in our party often pay or split in cash- this is improper. All to conclude with minimum suggested tip at 20%. You wouldn't accept this service at a pub, a dive bar, or a proper fine dining restaurant - you shouldn't accept it at what this place has become. This was our first date night in while and a special celebration for our wedding anniversary and it truly affected the evening and made us feel like we had wasted our time and our money that could have been better spent elsewhere. We wish we had walked out after the first 30 minutes of waiting to place a drink order. Save your money, you'll get better service at most anywhere else (we skipped the affogato and tiramisu we usually order and went for dessert at Burgermaster instead) That efficient and friendly busman was oddly the highlight of the night and the saving grace from this being a one star experience. Cheers.

The host was very quiet and although I didn't hear him, luckily my daughter did. I asked for a five star curry with Salmon, but they informed me that they could only do three stars so ordered the three star curry, a side of spicy sauce and rice. My daughter ordered the Phad See Eiw with tofu. The server delivered the wrong noodle dish, I immediately said that it wasn't what we ordered; she ignored me, dropped it off and left for the next table where they informed her that she had swapped the dishes. The salmon was quite good, seared and crispy around the edges. The curry wasn't spicy at all, so I had to add the full side of spicy sauce. The spicy sauce made it spicy enough, but it was sour. I tried to explain this to the server; instead of hearing me out she immediately brought more spicy sauce. Finally I was able to get them to cook the curry with the spicy sauce making it less sour and the flavor was good. The rice was definitely insufficient for the amount of curry ordered, which I found strange given how cheap rice is. I tried my daughters noodles. They use a cheaper oil and added lots of sugar, making it a sub par dish. We also ordered a young coconut, but it wasn't that young and the meat was hard. At $12 for an item that costs $1.50 I was underwhelmed. Overall the dishes were hit and miss, and the service was sub par. Try it at your own risk.

The carved seating cocoons along the walls are visually striking and add a lot of character, although they're probably better for admiring than for a long, leisurely dinner. The outdoor seating, on the other hand, was very comfortable. The biggest opportunity for improvement is the acoustics. Conversations really travel and bounce around the interior, which naturally leads everyone to speak louder just to hear each other, creating a bit of a vicious cycle. During a busy dinner service, it can get quite noisy. That said, I'd absolutely come back and happily bring friends or visitors for a memorable dinner. My preference would definitely be a nice-weather evening with outdoor seating, where you can really enjoy the view and atmosphere. Pro tip: Ask for a Carajillo! It's a Mexican espresso cocktail that can be surprisingly hard to find done well. They have one here, and it was delicious, beautifully presented, and one of the highlights of the evening.

Our whole group was very disappointed with our dinner experience tonight. We were there for about 2…read more1/2 hours, and our server was essentially absent the entire time. We had to repeatedly flag down other servers and bussers just to get basic things like water refills, blankets, and a dessert menu. Our server was a young, slim Indian gentleman. We didn't catch his name because it wasn't listed on the receipt, but he walked past our table multiple times without ever checking on us. I ordered my steak medium, but it came out blue rare. As you can see in the photo, it was extremely undercooked. Since I'm pregnant, I wasn't willing to take the risk of eating it, so I ended up leaving most of it. Overall, the location and the view were absolutely beautiful, but the service and food were both disappointing. No one at our table enjoyed their meal. The tacos were okay, but nothing memorable. Based on our experience, I don't understand the hype surrounding this restaurant.

We initially sat outside, but the staff let us know that happy hour is only available inside. It was a little different than expected since the weather was nice, but no big deal. We moved inside and got settled with the happy hour menu. Our waiter was excellent throughout the entire visit. He was attentive, checked in on us often, and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered some drinks and started trying different dishes. We got the calamari, oysters, paella, and crab cakes, and everything was really delicious. The calamari had a nice presentation and came with a sweet and sour sauce. My only small note was that there seemed to be more vegetables than calamari, but the flavor was still great. The oysters were packed with buttery garlic flavor, which was amazing. The paella was simple but incredibly tasty, and the clam was cooked perfectly. The crab cakes had a great crunch and came with a white sauce underneath that tied the whole dish together. Overall, RockCreek's happy hour was definitely worth checking out. Great food, good service, and a fun spot to enjoy with friends!
