Don't overbook appointments, then? Dr Payne rushes through every visit, he's done with adjustments in under 20 seconds flat per patient, and my daughter felt he wasn't careful and refused to return after several visits because she was scared to go. They also charged for services that weren't actually rendered, causing a bunch of headaches for me. I very much regret taking my family here.

Just remember to time yourself and make your appointments because they vacation a lot and the office is closed quite a bit. I am retired so my time is flexible but the pain comes and goes quite often.

When I was pregnant, I got adjusted 2x weekly and I truly believe that what helped make my labor & delivery fast & easy. We also bring in our children from the time they were newborns! And bring them in especially around flu season, to keep their immune system clear and their sinuses/ears draining properly; in addition to monthly adjustments. The entire staff are always so friendly! My children love seeing them and always appreciate the stickers.

The doors were locked, and no one was answering their phone. I called and left a message stating this but never received a call back. I didn't even get one the next morning. I called the office Monday, and the girl I spoke with didn't see to really care. I asked to speak with the owner/manager and she had someone from the call center give me a call who couldn't help me at all. I didn't receive a call or text saying my appointment was cancelled, nor was there a sign on the door saying they would be closed. There was someone else there who had been by several times because he was schedule for that day as well.
