They actually usually pull up right behind your car while you're getting your bags out. And this is usually very early in the morning, so the shuttles really do run at all times of day. On the way home, there's a little kiosk to stand in outside, and you can hit the button to let them know you're there. Most of the time I can see a bus on it's way as soon as we get out there, but if not I hit the button and they're there in a couple minutes. The drivers also help you get your bags on and off the shuttle bus. It really is super easy and not that expensive. An Uber both ways would cost the same, if not more, so it is a great option when you're taking a trip.

This was great because I did not feel rushed to be ready early but made me feel good that they were there for me. The driver was so friendly and sociable. She joked with us, asked about our trip, and made the ride comfortable. The vehicle was clean, ran very smooth, and was plenty big enough for our group. For not much more than the parking fee at the cheap lot across the street, and for less money than parking on the airport grounds, they pick you up and drop you off right at the front door.
