My child has been with Bio gymnastics for the past 3 years. Not only has she grown as a gymnast, but also as a caring, empathetic young pre-teen. Bio has given her the tools that she needs to succeed in gymnastics, but also life. The confidence that has been instilled in her led her to a first place state medal. My middle child has also participated in the "class" side of Bio and has loved each instructor that she has had the privilege of working with. The Owner, Julie, strives to make sure that all of the kids are taken care of. The head coach, Donna Kaye, is passionate about all of her athletes. The best place you can take your child to learn the sport of gymnastics! All of the staff are so kind and loving and really care about helping children to be a better person, accept their occasional defeat and the sport of gymnastics, as well as being humble in their victories. the classes are very structured, which is fabulous! They are always welcoming you with a smiling face and that just makes it even better! The coaches are always willing to answer any questions that you may have and will point you in the right direction if it is an answer that they do not have at that moment. I've been at Bio for 3 years now and have had a great experience every day I walk into the gym. All of coaches are encouraging and supportive. I honestly believe it is a great place for children to come and learn to love gymnastics. The classes and teams pray before practices and God and spirituality is a constant topic of conversation. The gym is always evolving and getting better with new equipment and more space. It's a safe and fun environment for kids of all ages and I would highly recommend this gym to anybody looking to put their kids in gymnastics or camp. read more

My daughter absolutely loves her tumbling classes at Bio. Her coach, the asst coaches and staff are always helpful, encouraging and so sweet. It's like a family. We couldn't be happier. Tumbling has become my daughter's passion. She has only been taking classes for about 4-6 weeks and has already mastered some skills she was afraid she'd never get down.
