They told us we had a bad mice and snake problem in our encapsulated crawlspace and attic, and probably the walls too. They quoted 5 things to do. 2 of which they did not do at all, the other 3 they did attempt were complete fails. They incompetently or accidently unencapsulated our crawl space as well. We had to fix that ourselves. They came out 4 times and we had to be there to watch them since each time they did less work, and worse job. The managers came out the last time and it looks laughable. If Orkin's goal was to keep doing so bad we'd say don't come back and quit wasting our time then you succeeded at that! If this is the best you can do, your competitors appreciate you! Us on the other hand feel cheated out of our hard earned money for a piss poor job and apathetic and incompetent organization.
