You can call a 1 800 number and they will send the guy a message but you are not allowed to have his name or number. They are not local to chattanooga and I have no idea who they are dispatching me with when you call. Never been the same person in about 10 calls. They quoted 5 things to do. 2 of which they did not do at all, the other 3 they did attempt were complete fails. They incompetently or accidently unencapsulated our crawl space as well. Had I ordered this service, the $75 inspection fee would have been waived, but I paid it. This should make it clear I did not accept the service. I told Stephanie, who is nice & helpful, that I did not want the service, on the day they did the inspection. I thought I was finished with them, but I was wrong. They have a invoice with the former owner's signature requesting the service. When I heard that the service was being performed, I even called Stephanie to make sure they knew I did not want it. I was told that it was on the previous owners, who owned the place at the time. Now, I have received two bills for a service that I refused performed on a property that I did not own at the time. After the first bill, two weeks ago, I was told by Stephanie that it would "taken care of", yet today, I received another bill. On top of all that, they are trying to collect $75, that would have been waived, which has already been paid. I do my own pest control, but if I needed help, I would have called them. Now, I will warn people of their deceitful practices. How is it my responsibility if someone else does not pay her bill? I hope that the Better Business Bureau helps.

I guess they think women can't make the decisions for their home. They also lie about other neighbors who have signed up for services who don't even live in the neighborhood. When the salesman was asked to leave and told that your neighborhood does not allow soliciting, he laughed and said he didn't care. The agent even entered a neighbor's door without asking, which is trespassing! I would never do business with a company with sales agents that behave like this.
