I have…read morebeen in and out of the country for the past several months and one day I pulled in my driveway to find a representative from Northwest forcing my locked privacy fence open. He got in my backyard and when I approached him and asked where his permission was to enter my property, he said he did not need one. That it was not criminal trespassing. So if you want these people just to come into your property whenever they feel like it, hire them. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional. If they needed to remove 'their property' from my property, just like they harass you to get into a quarterly membership with them with emails and mail correspondence, they should also let you know that someone is coming and requires access to your backyard and the privacy of your home.
