I guess they do okay on bugs. But...we had them come out over a year ago because of squirrels in the attic. Paid to have them shut places where critters get in. After a year they found where they are getting in and fixed the front of the house and said they would come back to do the back. After weeks I've not heard from them. The absolute WORST in customer service. They confirm appt times and are no shows. When you call they say sorry our computer moved your appt. Sometimes they even hang up while they put you on "hold"!! Mediocre on big control if they ever show up! Will never use again... not worth the hassle at all! read more

Update: Another exterminator immediately found the opening where squirrels and rats were getting in my house -- near crawlspace door the LPC employee didn't even open to check. LPC said there were no pests in the attic, but this exterminator showed me squirrel evidence all over my attic. Overpriced and terrible customer service. read more

This company used to be the best, but service has changed. Can't seem to get rid of the problem we have. Paid for them to come out and kill the pests, but the spray did not work. Called back and had to beg to get them to come back. They just wanted to sell me a quarterly service. If you can't kill the pest with the spray you have, why continue spraying, OH! more money for you. Terrible company. read more

I have used lookout pest control before but will not do so again. Saw what I'm certain are termites, guy came out and inspected. No sign of termites that day. I let him pressure me into more than I needed or could afford and when I called to cancel he was very rude. read more

My landlady pays for routine maintenance service - roach extermination every 3 months. Lookout Pest Control has not once come out for maintenance. They come only when I call and tell them I'm seeing roaches in my apartment, and don't even treat the outside of the place (I live on the North Shore in Chattanooga in a house that was made into a triplex). I mentioned this to the guy who came out, and he just shrugged saying he didn't know anything about that. An exterminator comes out within a day or two of my call for service, and they use effective chemicals. That's the plus. This company must have lower prices than the previous exterminator (Mayfield. It was excellent). And since my landlady doesn't care about the people living in her properties, I'm stuck with an extermination service that's satisfied with giving the bare minimum. read more

Please be careful doing any business with this company they will scam you into a contract and not tell you. There is no way to get out of the contract that you were unaware you were in. Beware!!! Lookout Pest Control takes advantage of the elderly. My mother inlaw was charged $500 dollars for extraction of some squirrels and for instillation of wire to keep them out. First, their tech left trash from the old wire up in the attic. Then, he left only one sticky trap that caught two squirrels that I had to clean up because he did not even show up for a follow up and then lied to me about having done so. Next, we had a bat infestation that cost us another $500 dollars for another pest control company to come out and take care of and fix the crappy work that this company did. Lookout Pest control left gapes in the wire so that any animal could come back in and then when I called them about the bat situation and expected them to come fix their poor workmanship, he offered to do so by committing a Federal Offense by poisoning the bats by gas and possible hurting us as well in the process. I stated that I just wanted my money back so that I could get someone else to do the work whom I trusted.
