Several years later, we are still dealing with bat issues that were never properly resolved despite multiple attempts. Over the last year alone, I have called at least five times regarding recurring problems, and my husband has also tried reaching him. He consistently dodges phone calls and never returns messages. More recently, we contacted him again to help trap a weasel that has now killed our second flock of chickens. We were given appointment dates twice, and both times I waited over an hour for him to arrive. He never showed up and never followed up afterward. Every time there seemed to be another excuse ... phone problems, another client emergency, animal issues, and so on. My wife even tried once more to give him the benefit of the doubt, but again there was no response. Very unprofessional service and extremely disappointing after the promises that were made.
