My daughter was sick and I called at 2pm. They saw her the same day! They send you a text or email with a link to fill out the pre appointment paperwork. So when you arrive you aren't juggling a sick kid and the clipboard with pen. You can also pay your copay prior to the visit for an easier checkout. Every nurse we have encountered has been more than friendly. The doctors care and are thorough. The lobby area and bathrooms are always clean. I've never had a problem with them filling refills timely. The one thing that stands out that I love is the artwork throughout the office. And of course the fish The fish at the entrance have always been a favorite for my kids.

The in-office experience is consistently good; staff are friendly, and every doctor we've seen (including our two primary doctors over the years) has been great about taking their time and answering all our questions. They can tell you if you should come in or not, but beyond that, you're better off using a telehealth service.

To provide some professional perspective, I will say, however, that with scheduled 2 medications (ADHD medications), physicians are required to see patients at regular intervals and most practices require 1 weeks' notice for providing prescription refills.

The doors are locked, so you cannot get in. There was maybe four seats available in the lobby for you to sit in (it's close to the entrance). The office is located on the 4th floor and to the left once you exit the elevators. By 1:15pm, there were 4 other parties that had arrived. Once I went inside, it got packed, very quickly! They scheduled many people right after lunchtime. The Check in staff was Wanda. She was friendly. We were called back at 1:32pm. The nurse was Sara. They took his weight before we went into a room. Then they asked the usual questions regarding allergies and pharmacy. They took his blood pressure. My son saw Dr. McCormick. She came in around 12:42. She was very thorough, which I appreciated! She was with us for about 40 minutes. My son was about to get a book to take home. I must note that I didn't have the best experience with phone staff prior to the appointment regarding acceptance of new patients and what not. That was discouraging but Dr. McCormick left a positive impression on me.

He takes the time to get to know you and your kids. This is the saddest I've been to transfer to a new unit, because I didn't want to get a different pediatrician! Although Dr. Culler was our primary doctor, my children saw others throughout our time here for sick visits. Every last one was amazing. They didn't brush off any of my concerns and took their time to find a solution. I couldn't be more pleased. On top of all the providers and their nurses, the reception staff is amazing as well. The overall feeling is that they are treating symptoms but not taking the time to see the big picture. And ordering unnecessary tests and visits with specialists to cover themselves.
