This is a great way to make an extra buck each month. They regularly do events where if you come in consecutive times you can make more than the regular donation amounts. The frustrating thing about this center, and I've been to both, is they don't open till 8 on Saturdays. The one day of the of the week where I'm able to and want to get there first thing in the morning. So you'd think they'd be open later so you could make it a day end but instead they close at 5 so regardless of morning or afternoon it's going to be in the middle of daylight hours when you need to get things done around the house. Next and last, I have two girls that I have to drop off at the kids club. It is frustrating as all get out to be turned away after making an appointment on the app with kids and then to get there and find out kids club is closed because they don't have their posted hours connected to the app apparently. That's $50 of my time that I lose when that happens. This is the second and last time it's happening for me, I took a picture of the schedule, but **** that's frustrating. Other than that folks. Their pay for Plasma is incredibly low!!! It takes an hour and a half to let them extract my plasma. It shouldn't take that long. The amount of plasma is different for a male than a female. Sometimes a person gets taken care of right away. But most of the time a person waits to be helped while employees stand around not doing anything. read more

Went to BioLife three times to try and set up donating but in the end couldn't because of my tattoos, out of all the questions you guys ask if think a few would be about tattoos since it's so vital on donating or not , this place wasted my time for three days thanks BioLife lol read more

Spent 5 hours just trying to figure out what I needed to bring to get started. Was getting told different things from their different sources. Tried calling this place 6 times and got hung up on by the 3rd ring every single time. Finale go in and wait an hour and a half for someone to be able to sign into this thing to verify my ssn, because no one there can remember their passcodes. Only to then be told that my veins are too small because they can't feel my 2 giant veins that you can see through my skin all the way up my forearm. I've never had problems with doctors finding my veins and the average person can feel my veins and yet they couldn't and declared them too small. And then I'm told I can't come back for 2 weeks which means I'll miss the promotion which was the whole reason I went in. And to top it off I've had 3 other friends try to go in for this same promotion and they were all turned away and told to wait till a date after the promotion would end. Place is a complete scam. I would never recommend coming here unless you want to massively waste your time. (As a side note I didn't get back to check my veins till around 6 pm and they closed at 7. And the lady checking my veins was talking to a coworker about how they closed soon and hoped no one would keep them there late Because they all just wanted to go home. And first appointments take 3 hours. so take that as you will. But it sounds to me like they just wanted to get me out of there even though I was there so late because of them to begin with) Worst experience with any office ever. read more
