The one day of the of the week where I'm able to and want to get there first thing in the morning. So you'd think they'd be open later so you could make it a day end but instead they close at 5 so regardless of morning or afternoon it's going to be in the middle of daylight hours when you need to get things done around the house. Next and last, I have two girls that I have to drop off at the kids club. It is frustrating as all get out to be turned away after making an appointment on the app with kids and then to get there and find out kids club is closed because they don't have their posted hours connected to the app apparently. That's $50 of my time that I lose when that happens. This is the second and last time it's happening for me, I took a picture of the schedule, but **** that's frustrating. Other than that folks. Fantastic place. People that work there are professional and rarely miss.

The waiting room is always 10-15 heads deep and with only 1 screener to handle us and the calls, poor management! Lastly, would be great to see the leadership staff come down from upstairs and support their employees when needed. You can only do so much paperwork, conference calls etc....
