They refuse to take responsibility. Dishonest and incompetent company. I do not recommend this company.

One hiccup was that the person who did the estimate said he'd be doing the work, but misjudged how to implement the new install and wasn't there on install day. Two different people showed up on install day and noticed right away it couldn't be done the way the first person thought (also didn't seem like it was communicated to them what we needed done in general, so I needed to explain). They were very quick to troubleshoot and come up with a solution though. They did everything, including putting the fans together out of the boxes, and got the job done quickly and at a fair rate. Very friendly and treated everything with a sense of urgency. The new fans have been working great and will definitely keep Biechler in mind for any future projects. Highly recommended! I think if they work on the logistics/communication between the estimator and people doing the work, it will make their job go even smoother. Fortunately, they have some great problem solvers on their team.

Since then the Tesla app reports that the power wall is off line. What does that even mean? Called Eagle Point and to we were on a "schedule" no answer to what power wall off line means, just we are in their que. Does it mean if there is a power outage, with the tens of thousand we spent, are we SOL? I spent over an hour with Tesla and after their troubleshooting they said we would have to call Eagle Point. Nothing for them but we are scheduled, no idea when but we are scheduled. Back before they got paid, they communicated great, they have their cash and we are on a schedule.... Great help. His rooftop inspection showed a rusted chimney cap, which he offered to sand and seal for a fraction of the cost of replacing it with stainless steel. He offered to do this but did not push us to do so; we ended up having him take care of this, too, and are very pleased with the results. I can't say enough good things about Mike and his service. We had a chimney fire on a Saturday…read moremorning in a stove pipe from a wood stove: our source of heat on a 20 degree day. The firefighters removed the stove pipe from the wood stove to the ceiling 18 feet above and from the roof up to the chimney cap: they wanted to be sure that there was no fire anywhere. After the "all clear", we made four calls to find someone to put us back together: we needed heat. Two did not provide a return call. One could put us on a list. Mike called back within 30 minutes and was at our place within 90 minutes. Not really knowing the conditions of our place, he offered and brought special cleaning supplies for the fine dust of the ash and fire extinguisher. He assessed the situation and got to work. Not only was he professional and efficient, he was empathetic, personal and funny. We cleaned. He reassembled; was very thorough about being sure things went back together to ensure safety; taught us things about fire building and maintenance; and ensured that we had heat from the wood stove by 5pm. Mike will now be part of our annual wood stove maintenance program. We are very grateful to the fire fighters and Mike who took very good care of us in this emergency. Thanks Mike!
