I think my only downside which actually prompted me to finally write the review are two things; * The text messaging system seems to be delayed as I typically won't receive texts about their sales until much later in the day when I cannot make my way to the store because I am at work. If I had a much sooner notice the chances of me being able to make the trip are significantly better. Messages should be delivered by the morning around the start of the day so all customers can take advantage of the great deals. Good for the customer and good for the business. * My second point is actually related to the first, change of store hours. I had not received any kind of information (that I am aware of) through any of my means of communication that open store hours were going to be reduced by 2 hours early throughout the week. Coupled with the fact that I don't get out of work until 6:00 pm it was definitely a bummer when I finally showed up to the store, driving all the way from Corunna just to have to turn around. I missed a REALLY good holiday sale and it just leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Maybe more transparency would be helpful, for them and for their customer base. Everything said though the business is great, everything said above still applies and I will continue to shop with them for quite a long time coming. It was a rough road for our Dad in the months prior to his move, filled with visits to multiple rehabs and hospitals. In search of a peaceful place for him to spend his final days-with hospice care as his choice-we discovered this beautiful home. The rehabilitation centers and hospitals had been a nightmare for both him and us, but from the moment we arrived at this group home, everything changed. The calm, caring environment met all his needs. And Annie's authentic, homemade Romanian cooking added a special, comforting touch; our Dad even looked at us and said, "This place isn't just good-it's great." At 95, with his mind completely intact, he knew quality when he experienced it. We will always be profoundly grateful to this wonderful Christian couple who provided such loving care during his last days on the earth. Thank you again, Annie and Sergej, Heritage Hills Care is a wonderful place!
