Well we enjoyed our meal we did find that we enjoyed other places that cost a little less more while on our trip. Also our service was not bad but our server did enjoy chatting with other tables which might have led to some of the delay of our food being bright as we were in the restaurant for approximately 90 minutes total time from sit down to paying our bill.

The toppings were a sparse; on my small pizza cut into four slices, there was only one piece of sausage per slice. The dry spice rub half rib dinner was disappointing as well. The meat was dry and the only flavor my boyfriend and I could taste was akin to Tabasco sauce. My two stars are for the friendly service and pretty good draft beer.

When I said they used to she informed me it has NEVER come with that type of sauce. To me it felt like she was arguing the point with me. She then said do you want another server and I said no that's fine. She walked away and a short time later another waitress (Grace) came to serve us. The first waitress obviously didn't want to serve me and I felt this very insulting. I then ordered the Special which was the meatloaf, which had the type of sauce (gravy) I was asking for. Which was very delicious. If it wasn't for the very pleasant young girl who met and seated us at our table and Grace, the experience was very unpleasant and upsetting to a point that I was not going to come back.

Easily one of the best 2-3 meals we had while on our recent two week BC/Alberta road trip. The proteins offered differ a bit from many spots as they have both chicken and turkey. The meats are available on a bun, by the pound, or on a platter. They will even sell you a single pork rib. Our visit was complicated just slightly as they were out of both poultry meats-like most good BBQ spots, once it's gone it's gone. The counter staff was very helpful and understanding as we worked to put together a sampler platter without the missing meats. The assortment finally came to brisket, pulled pork, and pork ribs with a little extra to fill the gaps. We passed on the chorizo as we are not good with spicy food. Also came with slaw and our choice of side, potato salad. I will say right off the bat that the homemade potato salad was really delicious. Highly recommended. Also offer chili, mac & cheese, beans and a kale caesar salad. Slaw was typical vinegar dressed. The pork ribs we received had a good, smoky flavor profile but were less moist than we like-a bit on the dry side. Pulled pork was very well rendered, being much less greasy than most. But without a little sauce we felt it was not really very flavorful. They offer four sauces here, three spicy and one sweet. The brisket was the stand out. Clearly visible smoke ring, moist, great flavor. Went really nicely with the sweet sauce. Only small issue was that it was sliced quite thick-thinner is better. This platter would be more than enough to feed two, especially if you added a larger size side, as we had leftovers. We left today very happy with our choice. Wish I had remembered to take some photos. If your hungry anywhere near Invermere, we highly recommend Smokehouse 93.

The inside is just lovely... so well organized and decorated... and efficient. They have some lovely nibbles (which we sadly did not partake in) to choose from. The coffee is very tasty. Husband got the drip... light roast. I got an iced vanilla latte with coconut milk. (Their alternative milks - which are not listed on the menu board - are coconut milk and oat milk.) My latte was strong and tasty! Had me buzzing a bit and probably was not a good idea to then sit for about 2 hours in the car as I was hopped up like a spider monkey once we got out of the car in Banff. hahaha!
