Most places had waitlists that stretched on forever, but then I found The Groomerzz, and let's say they were lifesavers. From day one, Billie and her team welcomed Oakley with open arms (and, I assume, a game plan for managing all that fluff). Now, every time we walk through the door, Oakley runs to Billie--yes, runs. That kind of excitement tells me everything I need to know. Newfoundlands aren't always easy clients--Oakley is big, strong, and occasionally "helpful" in ways that probably don't make grooming any easier. She isn't a show dog, so while her haircuts aren't always flawless, I don't expect perfection--I want her to be clean, brushed, and comfortable, and The Groomerzz delivers every time. I know she's a handful, but they handle her with patience and care, never rushing, always making sure she gets what she needs. She even gave me tissues without asking. When they called, I brought him in and took him back to see the vet tech. Everyone was so helpful. They talked us through cremation and paw print options. They gave us as much time as we needed with him before and after. They even told us several times that we could leave after and pay later or when we pick up the cremation.
