Holly told me our groomer had no other appts until our next groom in February. She said since Louie was sick and Mia, our other dog was not, they would have to charge me a fee for Mia not showing up for her appt today. I have had nothing but difficulty and negativity since our groomer moved. I asked Holly to speak to a manager or owner and she told me they would not be returning my call and we were no longer welcome there. This is after I asked her to cancel my upcoming appts that were booked each month this year. I am sure that Louie and Mia are much better not going to this place.
