I have been using Underfoot Flooring since to fix the wrongs. Deborah in scheduling is always on her game and helpful even when clearly busy. I had a disposal leak the day before I was scheduled to be away. I trust Underfoot so much, I had zero trepidation and only gratitude when Deborah was able to get Nate, a fantastic wood professional to come by and access the damage. Nate went above and beyond to make sure my house was safe while I was away. He even went and bought replacement batteries for one of his tools to measure moisture and returned to my house to look at floor content. He then went into the crawl space to check for water. Nate is another five star employee. Who really showed genuine concern and the ultimate professional. Matt is just as dedicated. He is working with me to replace and refinish. The person who came to measure had a great suggestion to make a tweak to the vanity to make the countertop look better. Danielle is a terrible asset to this company and she is only happy when she is controlling you, in her quest for power. Unfortunately, if you do business here, you have to work with her. My advice is to go somewhere else because you deserve to be treated better. Danielle deliberately hangs up on us repeatedly, when we called. Her attitude needs serious help and I have referred some great clients to this company and a large remodeler, but their referrals end here today. My contractor was also very frustrated with Danielle and her scheduling authorities today and will look somewhere else for their next project.

Marc was patient and accommodating and in the end I got the most beautiful entryway. Remodels are always difficult so if you don't have nosing, let them know ahead of time. Save everyone the hassle. Sorry, Marc! Heutter Mill did a fantastic job with a quality product professionally custom installed that is going to look amazing once it's stained and has urethane. Heck it looks amazing now. I'm so happy to be rid of that wrought iron railing that was here when I bought the home. Heutter Mill was fair and extremely patient. I'm not the easiest of customers. But Marc and his team and Nick the installer accommodated my wishes and gave me a beautiful entry. I highly recommend them. A quality product at a fair price. What more could you ask for?

I ordered a custom ratchet strap cover in July of 2025. In September some of the stitching on the…read moreback was coming undone, there was a tear where it goes around the boat tower, the Sugarhouse patch was sewn on upside down. And some of the gray coating on the cover was coming off where we pull on it, to put it on. Then we took it to Lake Powell, both plastic clips on the side broke 30 min into the drive home, the flapping dented both sides of my boat. But it also made holes in the cover and ruined the fabric and took the coating off. (30 min of flapping while driving) Also the cover was supposed to be waterproof, I went out to check it in the rain and found my boat soaked with standing water in all compartments and on the seats. I contacted Sugarhouse Industries. They are working on the problem. They started to claim I should have taken the cover off when the clips broke to prevent damage to the cover. Flapping in the wind shouldn't damage a travel cover. Ill update when the solution is solved. At almost $3,000 for a cover none of this should be happening on day 67 of owning it.

They carried the counters up two and three flights of stairs without any trouble, making sure to not bump into my walls or stairs. It's absolutely incredible the difference a counter can make!
