They had a large selection of materials and looks to choose from. Their team came out and removed my old countertops and replaced the new ones in under an hour! They cleaned up everything before they left and even recommended what type of cleaner I should use on them. They were thoughtful, respectful, kind, and very easy to work with. They carried the counters up two and three flights of stairs without any trouble, making sure to not bump into my walls or stairs. It's absolutely incredible the difference a counter can make! The entire room looks different with my new countertops from PSI Tops! The mounted sinks I also got from PSI and they look amazing and seamless, worth the money. Called Plastic Specialties and they were out to look at it within the hour. Without hesitation offered to replace the entire countertop. The repairs were done timely and with quality replacement materials. They hauled out all the refuse, even the broken up concrete. The tech called and said it would be $850 plus $95 service fee so I called a friend who owns a company 150 miles away and said what should this cost to have my unit cleaned . He said $99-$175! ‍ So I put on Facebook any recommendations and got a one man show company that came and cleaned for $99 and no service charge fee. ‍‍‍ I do have to say when I called SOS to cancel my appointment to repair they waived the service charge fee after looking at my scenario so the company does have some good employees.

He helped us find the width and color of wood plank we were interested in. We went with a 7" wide white oak and love the way it turned out. They laid down samples of all stain/sealer options we were interested in so we could see them and choose before re-sanding them out and finishing the whole floor with the one we liked best. We liked the raw wood color before anything was applied. So, we opted for a white stain and matte sealer and the finished product looks almost exactly like the raw wood. We opted to have the baseboards removed and reinstalled and those look good too. Overall, I would highly recommend Brendan and his company Rocky Mountain Flooring & More.
