Once aain great food. I return here a few times a week. The food is always great and drinks are amazing. Happy hours are a plus but I miss the Honeybee drink. I was able to meet the manager, Cody, and we had a chat about the Honeybee and hope that all of the ingredients will be back this week! This was our last time eating here. We have been here about 8 times. The consistency is horrible. Today EVERYTHING in our order was cold. The chicken was borderline burned. Cold, over cooked chicken is gross. Our tots and fries were cold, too. Sometimes we go and it's great. Today was the worst so we won't be back. read more

This place is amazing! The ordering system is super easy and it seems like the food is ready before you sit down. The sandwiches are the way to go here. They're the most delicious option and the biggest bang for your buck. That said, the tenders and the chicken-topped-salads are good alternatives. read more

Fast, fair price, great sandwich and great tenders. For the market they are in, this is a top option. Wish they made their buffalo blue cheese sauce available again! Nashville hot is the way to go. The "extra hot" option was awful, literally burning your mouth hot so you couldn't taste anything for hours. Even my son who will drink Tabasco said it was ridiculous. So I went to the this location right after it opened and I was just really not impressed. Music was too loud, food wasn't great, concept was confusing In the last 3 months though I've found myself there twice and I gotta say, my first experience was clearly a fluke or result of a new location needing to work out the kinks. Today we went and I had chicken strips and fries and my husband had a sandwich drenched in buffalo sauce and tots. The food was so good. Like how have I not been eating here this whole time. The chicken is actual chicken, shocking. Also it's not just a little bit of chicken and a ton of breading. It's good chicken also, not dry and hard to get down. I had ranch and birdcall sauces for dipping and it was all very good. Two cons: First, I didn't see a way to ask for the tots without the seasoning salt, and I'm not crazy about it. Is there no way to customize food or was I missing something? Second, there is very little interaction with the staff. Well, actually this might not actually be a con. I guess it depends on how you feel about interacting with staff. One thing that was odd, my daughter's friend ordered nuggets and tots at the same time as she did and he waited forever for his. Her sandwich got done like maybe 5 minutes before his food. I placed a to go order after her food was done and even that was ready before his food. That seemed weird. I asked her if he ordered something special but apparently it was just nuggets and tots. All in all we will for sure be back. Actually, this is a place all 5 of us like, and I have an autistic 16 yr old who is super picky about food. Very bad food. I had the most rubbery piece of chicken on my sandwich. My girlfriend got a salad that had little pieces of chicken that were so dry she couldn't chew it. We threw both of our full meals away and left hungry to find better options. Will not go back nor recommend. read more

Went to the soft opening and man did they deliver! We have not been to Birdcall before, but heard they were good and yes they are worthy of the hype. We tried the original chicken sandwich, southern sandwich, chicken tenders, cobb salad and tots. Everything was delicious and it was nice that there was something for everyone on the menu. Your mixed diet family/friends would all be able to find something to not only eat- but enjoy eating! Next time I plan to try the tofu sandwich. The Nashville hot sauce is amazing and we put it on everything; the southern sandwich was surprisingly great (not into cheese on fried chicken usually) and a sneaker winner was the specialty iced teas they have. The inside was spacious and comfortable looking and if the weather is nice sit down outside for a really good view of the flatirons. The newest Birdcall location is maybe the best of them all! To start, the interior is light, bright, open, airy, and cool! The bar is fun, serves great margs and creates a great atmosphere. The original (or Nashville hot) is Absolutely the best chicken sandwich available! We all love the tots and the fries, and so many of the sauces. The salads are fresh and when adding crusty chicken, they're just delicious. Birdcall sauce is of course great, but the aïoli and the sweet mustard are favorites as well. The shakes are outrageously good, and the selection of flavors is varied. Food was served promptly, order absolutely correct, everything served with a smile. Grabbed a quick lunch here recently. Walking it there was a line, but we soon realized that people were just looking at the menu and you self order at a kiosk. There was an employee behind the counter so that threw us off since we thought they were taking orders. They have a cool system in which your name shows up on a board telling you how long the wait for your food is and where you are in the list of orders. Once it's ready it tells you which bay (cubby) your food is in. We had one deluxe and one original sandwich as well as tots and a drink. Sandwiches were good and were fluffy but VERY salty. Price was okay. Wish they had mayo in addition to ketchup available as the original has no sauce on it and I believe adding any sauce is an up charge. read more

Negative experience. Several red flags that this place is slipping. Dining area, booths and tables dirty. Several open tables but not even one clean place to sit. Restroom dissheveled and smelly. 5 piece chicken tenders: one a small scrap of mostly unchewable connective tissue of some sort and one a completely different color, texture and breading type then the others. Weird and not appetizing. All 5 pieces small that collectively add up to about one and a half pieces of another chicken chain's 5 piece order. Tater tots soggy with several broken. Milk shake good. I've tried Birdcall twice now. I really want to like it, but remain unimpressed. The food is mediocre at best. I've had a chicken sandwich (bland), tots (too salty), and chopped salad (hardly any lettuce). Even my kids don't like their chicken tenders or fries, and they eat these just about everywhere. Yesterday I ordered almost 2 hours ahead as I knew I was going to be running around, and the food was still 10 min late. I asked for no egg on the salad (there was egg), didn't ask for bacon (there was literally a pound in the salad, more bacon than chicken!), and there was barely any lettuce. Only saving grace is their shakes are good. I won't be trying it again. read more
