They have an area for infants and toddlers as well as an area for older children. They sell snacks, food and drinks, as well as Empire Kids merchandise. The play area has slides, small bikes, and lots of things to climb on. There are tables available for seating, and birthday parties get designated seating. The space appeared clean and the staff was helpful. No shoes are allowed, even for adults who are not on the equipment, so be prepared to bring or purchase socks. There are low doors between the check-in area and the play area, which the staff need to unlock in order to enter the play area. This feels great in practice. However, someone also needs to unlock the doors for you to exit. When it was time for us to leave we were locked in, since there was no staff at the desk. You are talking about a large indoor space packed with kids and adults. In the event of an emergency locked doors are absolutely a safety hazard. Staff either needs to be present at all times at the desk, or the doors can't be locked for those trying to exit.

I love the idea of Star Park! There aren't too many indoor-play parks for open-play at a reasonable price where the majority of the park feels like it's geared towards younger toddlers. Our girl really enjoyed herself! This kid friendly spot had a space theme to it. She especially loved sitting inside the space ship areas and dancing to whatever kids program was playing at the time. She did go down the slide of the younger toddler area, but she's still too young to fully enjoy that section. She also loved "climbing" the rock wall aka dada just lifting her up high. The one thing that REALLY freaked me out about this place: there's a room that is supposed to give off the vibe of a sandbox, substitute the sand for some sort of pellet. I don't know what the pellet was, but I saw a handful of kids, EATING whatever this box was filled with. If you can imagine mom anxiety I had, waiting for my child to want to join in and eat this mystery pellet. Luckily, we did a good enough job keeping her away from the area, since I wasn't all that jazzed about the potential outcome. Overall, I just found the place to be a little dirty. Additionally, the location in the mall is eh. That being said, as a first-time Mom visiting this type of space, I have nothing to compare it to! I just have a cleanliness standard that Star Park did not meet. I don't think we will be returning unless our daughter is invited to a party there.

We appreciated them extending that kindness. Our room was decorated nicely and I appreciated not having to add much to their standard decor. The overall play space is decent, albeit, it's definitely on the smaller side. Our party room was meant for 10 children and 10 adults, but it was very tight and several of the adults didn't feel comfortable coming in as it felt too cramped. For the price they charge, they should definitely allow kids to continue to play after the 2 hour party slot. They expect another $22 per child after your $500 2-hr party... on top of that, the area remains open to the public and it gets way too crowded, especially when you have little ones. It costs about 2k to reserve the entire space. We were fortunate that it wasn't too busy at the time we had our party but I wouldn't bank on that being typical experience for this place. All in all, the staff was friendly and helpful, the space was fun for small children, but definitely way too small and priced high.

She showed poor professionalism, a lack of leadership, and, worst of all, she was screaming at and harassing children. Here's what happened: I went to Junior Playland, and they told me I had to pay an extra $. I said okay, paid with my credit card, and we went inside. After my kids started playing, Lizzy came up to my child and started screaming at him like a hysterical person. I stayed quiet at first because the kids were there, and they became scared of her. I then went to the front desk and asked her to provide her name. I told her, "Please, do not scream at children again." as I had also seen her yelling at other kids. At that point, she started screaming loudly at me in front of everyone. I told her I was not going to continue arguing because my kids were there, and I did not want them exposed to that behavior. I walked away from the desk, and she told me to leave immediately or she would call the police. I chose to stay because I wanted to wait for the police. While waiting, my daughter wanted to use the climbing wall, but another employee told me, "Your daughter cannot go there because we don't like you." My daughter started crying , and she was so upset and didn't stop crying for a long time. She was scared and afraid from them. When the police arrived, the manager Lizzy never told them that she had been screaming at my children and other children.By the way, they even lied to the police and claimed they refunded me, but I never received any refund from them. So not only was my money taken for the tickets I bought for my three kids, but my children were also left traumatized after being harassed and screamed at in front of everyone. I left the facility and filed a report regarding the screaming and harassment of kids. Please do yourself a favor: if you love your children, do not go there. I saw too many disturbing things happening at this facility. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience. This was my last time coming here. The Worst decision ever was coming here . P.S. After reading the owner's replies to the negative Google reviews for Junior Playland, I understand everything now. Just read their responses to unhappy customers and you'll see a troubling pattern. They repeatedly mention calling the police on customers who simply raised concerns after spending money there. If you speak up, even to ask them not to harass or scream at kids, they may treat you like the problem instead of addressing the issue professionally.

One of our son's favorite spot was the "Market" lol anyway, we had fun taking pictures with Mickey and Minnie and loved the surprise Balloon drop. Bonus was the spacious parking lot across and babytown area for kids 2 and under. They can host private parties, and even have books and toys for sale. It's much bigger than you'd think, and the different play areas/stations were nicely done. The owners and staff are all extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The location seems to be popular for kids birthday parties ages 1-4. There's even a "baby" section for the younger siblings. Go out and support this local business (not a franchise)
