Safety is really important to Pat and he will make sure your bike is safe to ride. Had a little hiccup when I got the bike home but Pat immediately took ownership and resolved the issue and while he had the bike he even drained the primary and adjusted the clutch at no extra charge. Pat also solved an electrical issue with a turn signal that other shops had said they fixed.

I'm always looking forward to these things. I've even been by the shop to see what they could do with my ride and they were honest with the pricing and everything. FedEx had lost my package. They were Johnny on a spot. The front cashier ALEIDA asked me if I wanted to go pick up a different tire and I told her that was my only transportation I told her I could Uber, but she said that she wouldn't allow that. so she went out her way and picked up my tire for me so they could get started on my bike. The mechanic LOGAN came up to me. He said there's a lot of bikes in front of you, but I will get you done today. So after hours of him working on 10+ ahead of me the team stayed late just to get me back on the road talk about AMAZING service and care for other Riders. Big shout out to ALEIDA and LOGAN. The inventory of motorcycles, jet skis, ATV's is huge, overflowing into their garage/service area and into a back building section. Patrick was really nice, showed me a Honda Rebel 300, my only goal was to make sure it seats low enough for my feet to be well planted on the ground and that the bike isn't to heavy to handle. After being frustrated with my bike I decided to throw in the towel and start calling shops. I understand its summer time so work loads are kinda high. First shop I called told me straight up 3 weeks. Next shop said maybe the next day they could have a look at my bike. So I have driven by Chix several times so decide to give them a shot. Guy that answered the phone was curious as to my problem, said bring it on by and I'll get a mech to take it for a ride and get you sorted out today. So I tell him ill be right over and set off on my bike. After I arrive the gentleman ask what he can do for me and I told him I had called and he said yes I spoke to you. Great I think here we go gonna get this issue solved. WRONG. He then proceeds to ask if I was gonna drop it off, I said no you said a mech could take it for a ride today. Douche then replays oh no I can't have a guy do it today you'll have to leave it and we might get to it tomorrow. Why tell me on the phone to come down today and not the truth? I'll tell you why because this shop is one of those dishonest shops that will say or do anything to get you in the door. What a waste of time and energy. They advertise that they may charge more by the hour but it takes half the time. Don't let this fool you as they will string you along. They are a business who will lie to get your money.

Of course he didn't make that call back. Tried calling the dealership and no answer. I don't know if these guys are crooks or not, i just know they are hard to get on the phone, they don't call back. Honestly I have regrets about purchasing my bike from this " dealership" as they call themselves. I'm riding on a temporary tag that expired Feb 22, it's now April 3rd. I filed a formal complaint with Honda Finance and have a case number. Stay away from these guys. Go to Honda Norfolk, little hard to find but worth it.
