I reached out to Monster Pest Control after seeing some reviews here on Yelp, and I can 100% say that this company is a good company. The lady on the phone was very nice and explained the process their company and workers went through to help in a situation like ours and answered more questions the second time we called to confirm an appointment. A man by the name of Mark showed up right on time at our house two days later for a free inspection. He was very jovial and informative. He quickly diagnosed which kind of ants we were dealing with and quoted us a very fair price and was able to treat the interior and exterior at the same appointment. He went out of his way to show us where he believed the ants were coming in from and some preventative measures we could take to not have this issue again. Overall, my experience with this company was excellent and I'd highly recommend any friends or any of you to give this company a try if you have any pest control needs!

Once I got a hold of him, we scheduled a date and time. And then I never heard from him again until I received an invoice via email. I would have expected him to let me know he was at the house or at least finished spraying at the house- let me know what he saw and what he did and that it was gone. My tenants just said the nest was gone so I did not follow up. I hire a lot of contractors for my properties and I'm used to some kind of communication or follow up so this was just odd to me.
