Making appointments was fast and efficient as I was familiar with the process having only done it the week prior. Got there early for appointment and they took my vehicle immediately. Staff was friendly, waiting room comfortable with chairs, table, and phone charging station. Actually a much nicer customer waiting area than the Oxmoor location. Only disappointing thing I encountered was the restroom. They really needed to be cleaned and floors mopped. I would recommend this location due to the more comfortable waiting area, but both locations were friendly and efficient.

Technician was very friendly and professional. He did a great job. For me it's worth the wait to take the vehicle to the Safelite location and let them do it in the shop. It's a better operating environment for the techs and you get better consistency and quality control. The last time I had the windshield replaced I paid the same price and I didn't get new moldings, I don't remember who did that, but it was a mobile service. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the $40 old glass recycle fee. But with the service including the side trim moldings, it more than made up for it.
