Wesley Luster sold me a Tesla that hadn't been updated in two years--no horn, no working turn signals--and falsely claimed it came directly from Tesla. I confirmed with Tesla that they don't sell vehicles in that condition. Wesley also had trouble dealing with a direct woman, and I had to get a male friend to pose as my husband just to finalize the deal. Toward the end, both Wesley and Lance in finance became unresponsive, ignored my calls, and didn't follow through on their word. I ended up needing an emergency update at Tesla to fix the safety issues and had to buy new tires myself. In short, I can't recommend this dealership at all. I purchased a few weeks ago and left a good review at the beginning, I bought financing to purchase and I've been so overwhelmed with minor car issues from the first week I bought it. My issues don't seem to be a big deal to them at this point. I expressed my concern the service department kept my car for a week, no loaner ,, got it bk to have the same issue. I researched found the recall issue was sent to Brannon with wrong info for them to waist more of my time and to come bk to them for help to find out thy can't do anything about it. A new issue a new week... 30,000 for a 2020 Honda and now having more issues. So, here's our roller coaster ride of an experience with this dealership...that ended very well:) My girlfriend has been saving for a Lexus IS 250 F Sport for the past 2 years so, needless to say, she was VERY DETAILED and sensitive to the treatment and fairness of this car dealership. Well, they initially said they could get her an interest rate LOWER than her own bank (4%)-this made us ecstatic! However, as the week progressed, they said they could only get us 8%, which was infuriating because it was so drastically different from the initial quote. However, as we started driving there (we traveled there from Nashville) on our Saturday they ended up getting it at 4.39% and the monthly payment lower than the initial targeted payment cost. These guys literally came through at the very last minute and, in turn, completely changed my view of this lot and the staff that work there. I was initially very satisfied with my experience with the dealer. The sales people and other staff were very friendly and accommodating. They claimed the car was inspected and had brake work done at the nearest Hyundai dealership which made me feel confident about the purchase. However, I realized the car was not in the condition I was promised shortly after. I took the car to my nearest Hyundai dealer in Atlanta and they found the car had subframe damage resulting in the radiator being held in place with zip ties, warped rotors and extreme tire wear. All of these issues should have been discovered if the inspection and repairs had been done as promised. I contacted the Hyundai dealer closest to Birmingham Luxury Motors to verify they did the inspection and repairs. I was told the Hyundai dealer had done none of the work I was told about. Regardless of the good customer service I received, the car was not in the condition I was promised, I was lied to about the work that was done on the car and the repairs will cost me thousands. read more

Drove to Birmingham Luxury motors on 7/14/2018 to pick up a Lexus 2015 ES 350 from Memphis, Tn. When I got there no one greeted me and the car was being worked on. There was a sign on the car that said " this car is not ready for sale". Ali, said that it was a reflector that needed replace, that was just one issue. All the tread on the tires was worn and all was mismatched tires. The repair person told me he was going to put on all tires and come back in a hour. I just got off the interstate from driving 3.5 hours. Come to find out also the lug nots were not the right ones on the car as well. Came back and Ali approach me and ask me who I was and what I need help in. Wow, and I am getting ready to spend thousands of dollars with you and you don't remember my face or what I was wearing, giving him the benefit of the doubt. Hadn't even test drove the car yet and they want to clean it up for me, that should have been done the following days as well as everything else considering I was coming out of town. Did another walk around and saw that the bumper and fender was not fitting properly touched the bumper and you can tell it was worked on. Told them I didn't want that piece of shit and left with my check. Never go there, bad customer service and Ali is a liar and not ethical. I was so happy that I did not purchase that car.
