It is not on the main blvd in Rosarito Beach, but actually a quick turn east (away from the ocean) at the traffic stop light where the El Portal Motel is located. It is also 1/2 north and 100 meters east (on Ensenada) of the BEST street tacos place in Baja - Tacos Manuel on Blvd Benito Juarez.
