I think they have just been lucky with the utter lack of competition near them. The food is underwhelming at times, and just ok the rest. The most recent time we came, and trust me it's the kiddos not wanting tias or McDonalds, they had mini tacos. First it seems like the prices go up everytime we come, but the amount of food or quality doesn't get better. Also, almost all places we go to give you a side of charro beans. Not here, I guess the cost cutting has even come to this food truck. I get it, everything costs more. This was place just wasn't that good to begin with. It times it feels like the food is made like someone is just going through the motions, and the bare minimum effort is made. With the downfall of el guacamole down the street, tias horrible food, and don't even get me started on how bad el saborcito is, this the best of a limited choice nearby. I think we will I longer visit after our latest stop.

What I mean is the tortilla wasn't tough. The asada was seasoned adequately, and they didn't skimp on the portions. What would have been perfect was some pickled onions. We added charro beans for a small charge. Those were good too as well as the rice. I feel like more and more places are starting to charge for what used to be beans included with your tacos. Definitely made me w a to try more of their menu items. The staff working the truck were excellent. They were patient and willing to explain things to use about the menu. It was just super slow to get only one taco. I would def recommend checking this food truck out if you want something beyond your basic taco truck tacos!
