The issue was there was no compassion and no care. it was disgusting to be quite honest how this person was treated. I'm sure there are some truly passionate caring people that work here, however I can only say that hoping I am right. The owner Amy is dismissive and apparently does not see the seriousness in potential elder abuse. Feeling betrayed and tricked when a company visited the home for a completely non caretaker reason, such as a cleaner, cable person etc has to take video to show you the neglect, it's hard to forgive that. please look elsewhere for your loved one unless you plan on being present 99% of the time your loved one is being " taken care of". The owner responds with no accountability and just makes excuses saying they provided excellent care, so excellent that they fired the care taker that day. The people from Seacoast At Home Care did a truly great job of taking care of our mother at the end of her life. We chose to get 24x7 care, which required a crew of 6 to 10 people. Every one of them was great. Mother liked them a lot. Other family members liked them a lot. They were very professional, very nurturing, and very good to her. If you need in-home care for any reason, especially for an elderly person who no longer can take care of themself, I highly recommend Jan Scanlon and her crew.

From the first visit to the last, I can't say enough positive things about Dr Muenzer and his team - they are all very caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable professionals. My only comment would be that I wish Dr Muenzer was able to deliver our son when he was born, but wasn't able to due to prior (out-of-state) commitments, out of anyone's control. He did visit us in the hospital when he returned and we were very grateful. If we were to have another baby (and that's a BIG IF), we would most definitely return to Dr Muenzer and his team, despite living further away now - they're worth the 60-mile round trip drive. :) Edit: the office is on bus routes and has a free parking garage beneath the building.

I knew no one in our new location so I called her up asking how to go about finding the right therapist for my son. She promptly called me back the same day and even though I was not going to be a client of hers, because we had moved so far away, she took the time to answer all my questions about how to find a good therapist. She was warm and compassionate and gave me the right questions to ask each therapist. She was willing to talk with me at length without rushing me and gave me pointers on how to be involved with my sons' care without violating his privacy.
