He finally came back after repeated calls and put the new part in and it did not fix it. He said he had to order another part. He took the new part back out and took it with him and did not refund us for it. We waited for a couple more weeks and finally asked for our money back for the parts. He said he would refund but never did. He eventually started blocking our calls. We went for over a month with no washing machine and when we finally called another repair man, it was fixed within an hour. DO NOT HIRE MARVIN NICKENS. He just changes out parts until you finally give up and then he takes your $$.

Since water is really important for clean clothes, I knew I had to have it fixed. I looked around on the internet and happened upon CSRA Appliance Repair. Read some ratings on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I placed a call and received a quick response from the owner and we set up a time and date to meet (i.e. no 4-hour window of service but an actual appointment). He was punctual and sent texts to let me know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed my issue and ordered the needed part for repair. He came back the day the part came in as promised and was able to solve the issue. The price I paid for the repair was pretty on par for the repair prices I saw online for the issue the machine was having so, I am happt with that as well. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service and definitely would call them again if I needed another repair.
