I thought my dishwasher might need an expensive repair, but instead of replacing parts right away, he carefully explained the problem and recommended a few simple maintenance steps to try first. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! Technician came out and sent a bogus report to Electrolux to get more money. Reported that our stove was infested with roaches so they could charge for a maintenance fee. Electrolux called us because the charge was so expensive and they didn't understand why. Since Electrolux didn't pay them they told us we would have to get a certificate from a certified exterminator. Look at the pictures the tech sent in verses the picture of our real stove. I had a wonderful experience with Certified Appliance. I bought a new Electrolux washer and dryer. The dryer had a strange noise from the beginning. Tony, from Certified Appliance helped us. Because it was under warranty we both were at the mercy of Electrolux. Electrolux had Tony come out 4 different times before they agreed to replace it. Tony was fantastic!!! He was thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He was always here when he said he would be. He explained everything to me. He really went to bat for me with Electrolux!!! Waited three weeks for a warranty repair Parts. Scheduled for early morning. Received call the morning of and told they would be there between 11-1. I attempted to call the office to complain as I had to leave for work. Placed on hold three times only to be hung up on the fourth time. They then canceled my appointment. read more

This company does not honor their invoices. They will tell you one thing while in your home and send you an invoice however once you receive the invoice it will be different from what you were told. When you call they do not honor the original invoice and will charge you more money to fix your appliance. They are very untrustworthy and do not show up on time. They were to come the first time between 4 and 6 and got there at 7:30. They promise to discount the service but that does not show up on the invoice until you get a second one telling you that you owe more money. Do not trust what they tell you when they are in your home. Complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would! Seriously don't use them!!! My dryer broke and I needed to get it looked at I called and they were very nice and told me someone would be here between 8-10 the next morning to fix it! 10 comes and I get a call saying someone would be there between 3-5 I was very mad because ive sat home all morning waiting on the so I called the lady that set up the appointment and she pretty much called me a liar and told me they don't guarantee morning spots however I have an email saying I had a morning appointment!! They are very inconsiderate with people's schedule, they did a repair and in the process cracked the panel, they did not say anything until I discovered it soon after their departure. I had to schedule another repair time so they could replace it at their cost and again didn't adhere to the original schedule time. Should have used Appliance repair by Davis in Aiken. read more

I'd give them -10 stars if I could. Horrendous service. We've got an extended warranty (with After Hours Appliance Repair in Augusta) on appliances purchased through Ferguson when building our new home in 2011. Our refrigerator recently went out, and after many, many phone calls, we were told that no one can come look at our refrigerator until next week Tuesday. That's 9 days from the phone call to report the problem until it's even looked it by anyone!!!!! We've already lost hundreds of dollars worth of spoiling food. We spent over $50,000 on appliances, plumbing fixtures and lighting at Ferguson, plus paid a lot for the extended "package warranty". What a total sham!!!! Nine days to service a refrigerator!!!!!! We're so mad and disillusioned. Please, please do NOT buy appliance repair services through After Hours Appliance Repair! They do nothing to honor your warranties. Worthless company. read more

Very, very frustrated with this company We got them out to come out and look at our washer because they are an LG washer repair company. We found out that it needed a part that was more expensive then a new washer. I called LG and they said if the technician would call them, they could work with him to see if the part was defective. I have called the company 8 times and I cannot get the technician to call me back or call LG directly. This has been going on for a few months. I even asked the manager to call me and have not received any call back. We ended up having to buy a new washer. I WOULD NEVER recommend this company for anything. I can't believe they are still in business! This has been a ridiculous hassle. read more
