They give you a bogus lifetime warranty, then when something goes wrong with their body shops work, they state it isn't due to the orignal incident. Even when the body shop owner is clearly lying. But it gets better.....How does Allstate customer service tell you to take the car into be fixed because you have a lifetime warranty. Yet, the body shop owner conveniently never return your calls to set up the apt. Oh there is more.....Do you really think I am going to pay upfront diagnostic fee's for something that your body shop incorrectly fixed, with the hope you will reimburse me? Just a con so the body shop makes more money. Oh sure - I will take it to a place of my choosing who never saw the car in it's original damaged state, with the hope they say it was due to the accident as well - that makes sense - NOT! Moreover, escalating the issue does no good. They forward your concern to a "manager" who acts like he cares, but ultimatley sides with the agent and crooked body shop. What a huge dissappointment - you know what they say about Karma!!!
