I finally stopped by this place on a Sunday late afternoon around 4:45pm. I ordered a vegetarian pizza with a Multiberry smoothie. I was told it would be a ten minute wait. No problem. I used that time to walk around and sip on my smoothie. Service was kurt, but efficient. My smoothie had a creamy yogurt base. Blended with raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. It was quite good. My pizza came out as told and it, too, was good. The dough was an airy thick crust. The zucchini dominated the vegetables. The pizza filled me up and I had no leftovers. I would have tried a cannoli but the only dessert available were cheesecakes. This little place opened up several years ago as a dessert stand. It now serves pizza, sandwiches and pasta and they appear to be doing a good business. I will come back for a cappuccino and cannoli next. read more

OK, so lived here over a year and had not tried this place. My brother comes in town and visits and he eats their multiple times and raves about the great desserts. So I finally stepped foot into this "mall". The focaccia is fresh. The pasta is delicious and authentic. The desserts are perfect. I've tried the pistachio cheesecake. The tiramisu the Neapolitan. It's a serious toss up. Their take on "margarita " pizza is nothing like the traditional Italian style I know and love. The lasagna is missing meat and sauce. After eating both... I'll rethink those two items in the future. Cost... a tad higher than expected. Service was great. The desserts look amazing... I will definitely try at a later date. read more

I needed a strawberry and cream cake for my daughter's birthday. As there aren't too many bakeries around town, and I heard many positive things about Dolce Amore, I thought I'd give them a try. Am I glad I did. The cake was beautifully decorated(simple but elegant). The flavours were fresh and not too sweet. The owner is a blessing. So accommodating and happy to help. I stumbled upon this place while walking at the Sierra Vista mall and remembered seeing it somewhere so I stopped in. A very nice lady took our order which were huge pizza squares and a pistachio cheesecake. I got a veggie pizza and my boyfriend got a ham and mushroom which we both really liked. I wish they had pepperoni but it wasn't on the menu and didn't ask. The pistachio cheesecake tasted like an authentic Italian dessert. I was so pleased with this find although it does take a little just be patient. The wait is worth it. read more

Today I had the most amazing Vegetable Focaccia at Dolce Amore! The vegetables were tasty and roasted to perfection, the cheeses used were fresh and flavorful and the focaccia base was to die for! The locals of the community are ushering in their support by the tart for their own. A fridge sits on the outside of the business with to go containers of Tiramisu, Cannolis, and Tarts. They are priced inexpensively. Tiramisu $6.50 Fruit tarts $4.00 Cannolis $5.50 for three. If you need more Italian dessert choices puffy pastries are available with real apple and chocolate filling. One has to have a knack to make "great authentic Italian Creme." While I was in line a regular customer started up a conversation about Dolce's treats. She praised and praised all their achievements here at delivering such deliciousness. The cannolis were so delicious to this individual that she bought the first round. Shocked at her kindness, I took a dozen to go. The Creme inside of the cannoli is just perfect. It's not too rich, and it's got a wonderful hint of lemon to it. Delicious! I'm enjoying those cannolis as I pen this. The passion and creativity that this business brings is truly incredible with such talent. Mmmm, tastes so good. The rules of COVID extend to Sierra Vista, AZ. The business owner and her staff had masks on while serving us. They used gloves to put the slices of cake into individual plastic boxes. Between each customer they cleaned the front counter. The business accepts all forms of payment, except for Apple and Samsung touch. Bring the individual credit card to pay with the card. They accept American Express and will not charge the customer a fee to use this plastic or any other. The cakes and some of their pastries are gluten free. Stop in and get yours today. YUM!!! Authentic Italian, made from SCRATCH. My focaccia pizza was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Instead of pepperoni, they used a different meat. So tasty, flavor, food, delicious, and not anywhere is greasy grease or oil filled as pepperoni. The veteran and his wife are as sweet as can be! The prices are so very reasonable!! I have upgraded my opinion about this mall based eatery. Mostly because I was finally able to order some of their authentic Italian food.

The pasta and bread were amazing. I was walking through to take care of something for work, but could not resist the delicious smell so ordered and boy I was not at all sorry. Very good and I WILL return to try more. read more

I bought Jam Cookies and Cannolis as a small welcome home gift for neighbors returning home after many months away. All delicious and well received. The cookies were soft and fresh, very tasty. The cannolis are filled upon ordering. Very fresh and tasty! I would have preferred a traditional cardboard bakery box to the plastic clamshell of the cannolis and the paper bag of the cookies, but that was not an option. Next visit I'll bring my own containers to solve the problem. I look forward to trying the paninis, too! read more

Pleasantly surprised with this authentic Italian dessert place in this small town. Ate here on 4-29 and it was a sad experience. I was told it would take about 10 minutes to make the $8 Panini I ordered. I was with friends and never was able to eat with them had to take it to go. I ordered a lemonade with my sandwich and finally got it after the sandwich, they had no lid so i just told them to keep the drink. I observed along with my friends that during the time they were supposedly making the sandwich others were being served and one person was served a sandwich. The 10 minutes turned into 15 plus minutes. My order was $13 and some change for a sad panini with TWO pieces of what looked like left over ham so it was mostly bread. I am still trying to figure out how my order was $13 and the panini was only $8. I did select no tip so maybe that was why they made my sandwich for a mouse and not for a man.
