    Strawberry and Cream

I needed a strawberry and cream cake for my daughter's birthday. As there aren't too many bakeries around town, and I heard many positive things about Dolce Amore, I thought I'd give them a try. Am I glad I did. The cake was beautifully decorated(simple but elegant). The flavours were fresh and not too sweet. The owner is a blessing. So accommodating and happy to help. I'll be back to try her other delicacies soon. Thank you sooo much. My daughter loved it!

Fairy tales come true and are made with love, Creme, and fresh fruit. How is it that seeking desserts always crosses my radar. Located inside the Sierra Vista Mall, this little Italian Bakery will turn some heads. Close to no where, except locals; until now let's help launch this local venue into a new universe. The city of Sierra Vista is a hop, skip, and a jump over the moon it seems. A sleepover or lay over this little town is to me. It's very popular with military folk stationed at Fort Hauchua, and on the way if your driving to Tombstone. Great small town America stop over for some delicious treats. Dolce Amore is locally owned business here in Sierra Vista, she can be found on Facebook: at dessertscakescookiepastries. Orders may be placed on line at their Facebook page or by calling. If your ever visiting the local farmers market at Veterans Park they staff a stand with treats and sweets to jump around for. The owners use only authentic Italian recipes that an individual can taste in every bite. Special orders are available upon request, please call for pricing. Just breezing through, I cannot speak for the Farmers Market end of the business . The shop that located in the food court of the Sierra Vista Mall stocks all the Italian treats you could ever need. Are you on the go? Come get some real quick bites for the road. One can image this spot is happening. During my visit, the line had three to four individuals consistently. The locals of the community are ushering in their support by the tart for their own. A fridge sits on the outside of the business with to go containers of Tiramisu, Cannolis, and Tarts. They are priced inexpensively. Tiramisu $6.50 Fruit tarts $4.00 Cannolis $5.50 for three. If you need more Italian dessert choices puffy pastries are available with real apple and chocolate filling. Have you had any good tarts yet? They stock mini tarts with your choice of filling. Who's up for a cherry, apple, or even Nutella tart? You know where to come. One has to have a knack to make "great authentic Italian Creme." While I was in line a regular customer started up a conversation about Dolce's treats. She praised and praised all their achievements here at delivering such deliciousness. The cannolis were so delicious to this individual that she bought the first round. Shocked at her kindness, I took a dozen to go. The Creme inside of the cannoli is just perfect. It's not too rich, and it's got a wonderful hint of lemon to it. Delicious! I'm enjoying those cannolis as I pen this. The passion and creativity that this business brings is truly incredible with such talent. Mmmm, tastes so good. The rules of COVID extend to Sierra Vista, AZ. The business owner and her staff had masks on while serving us. They used gloves to put the slices of cake into individual plastic boxes. Between each customer they cleaned the front counter. The business accepts all forms of payment, except for Apple and Samsung touch. Bring the individual credit card to pay with the card. They accept American Express and will not charge the customer a fee to use this plastic or any other. The cakes and some of their pastries are gluten free. Stop in and get yours today. This bakeries business motto reads as such: What does Amore Mean A: Attention to M: Magic O: Only the best R: Real ingredients E: Embracing my culture! Love, Teresa Authentic Italian desserts made delicious and fresh with love by Teresa. Come out and support a local business in the community. Your support helps build and keep Sierra Vista working. Got an idea for a special occasion and cannot quite think of what to bring. Have special holiday engagements that need sweet treats. A special order can be made just for you. Hurry the holidays are counting down, get over here or to the farmers market to create some Italian bliss in your life.

I have upgraded my opinion about this mall based eatery. Mostly because I was finally able to order some of their authentic Italian food.

Their Cannolis and Tiramisu are excellent! Haven't tried anything else but I'm sure my wife would the next time we're in the mall.

I hired Craig and his team to cater my wedding, which took place at a remote venue about 2 hours outside of Tucson. The event was a challenge because not only was it remote, but I was also planning the event from the other side of the country. That meant I didn't have the benefit of meeting with caterers in person, trying food in advance, and undertaking all the traditional steps of finding vendors for a wedding. I knew I had found the right person to handle the event from the very first call. He was cordial, asked the right questions, clearly communicated his requirements, and was honest. He didn't disappear or go radio silent after I signed the contract and he was communicative all the way through the planning process and leading up to the event. About two months before the event, he graciously drove the two hours out to the venue to conduct a property walk-through with me when I was in town for the holidays. He refused additional reimbursement for his time or gas money to get out to the venue. In the last month leading up to the event, I communicated to Craig that a few of my guests had some allergies, and one was vegan. This was a quaint wedding of only about 20 people, so that meant coming up with some original alternatives for those few individuals. Furthermore, I hired him to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner the day of the wedding, which exasperated those challenges. On the day of the event, he had a custom vegan-friendly dish prepared for all three meals and took extraordinary precautions to prevent allergen cross-contamination. Every single meal was punctual, artfully presented, and delicious. This is not your standard wedding food or copy-and-paste banquet meal. Craig is extraordinarily talented and was continuously present throughout each meal to greet guests and present his dishes. Every guest was impressed and raving about the food. In addition to the tremendous food, Craig also helped to arrange servers for the event and even helped bring additional tables for the event. Craig is just a genuinely good person and you cannot do better than hiring him for your next event.

I was just thinking about the holidays the other day. Chef Craig will go to your home and teach "how to cook the best holiday dinner ever". It'd be a fun at-home class/pre-holiday party with friends who also want to learn how to wow their friends and families. Or, I could always get a private lesson and take the credit for myself ; ).
