Biscuits is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Denise. Still heartbroken that she no longer has the daycare (and would be first in line to get our pup back in should she re-open). We've been taking our slightly wild, very enthusiastic, pound special dog to Denise for a year and a half. First at the daycare, where he always came home exhausted and happy, with a great report card letting us know everything about his day (including what kind of poop he took, which, I must say, as a perhaps overly-concerned dog parent, I really appreciated). As I said, when they closed the doors (due, as I understood it, to the common Vancouver experience of a sudden steep increase in rent), we were crushed. Despite having tried multiple other doggy daycares in town, we have been unable to find a business that even comes close to the standard set by Biscuits. Now we send our mutt with Denise once a week for a hike, and yet again, he comes back exhausted and happy. Indeed, he sometimes seems as though he'd rather stay with her than go home! Denise clearly cares about him, and always has a sweet story to tell (and posts pictures of him up on facebook during the day so we can see the fun he's having.) We have also boarded our guy with Denise on a few occasions now, and have been able to confidently leave him there knowing he will be loved and well-cared for. Highly, highly recommended. If you need a dog walker/boarding services, dog training, you can't do better than Biscuits. And if she ever opens a daycare again, you should jump at the chance to get your dog in. read more

Our boarder collie Pearl has been going on hikes with Biscuits for a while now, we send her at least once a week and it is well worth their fee. The most important aspect of Biscuits services is that both Denise and Scott are super trustworthy, and Pearl is always so excited to see them when they come to get her. When she gets home, she is so happy she can't stop wagging her tail. I've always been hesitant to send my dog out with other people, but Denise and Scott are more than competent, and you can tell this from your very first meeting with them. Part of the reason why we've been sending Pearl on hikes is because she has a lot of that boarder collie energy and needs to run and run. But- it's also an opportunity for her to learn pack manners, and be social with other dogs. Denise has also been a great support for us when learning to deal with some of the problematic behaviours that come up as puppy is growing into a dog. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone! read more

We started sending Tino for hikes with Biscuits back in 2009 when he was our only child. He loves his outings with Denise and we love seeing pictures of all of the fun and different places he gets to explore with his doggy friends! Since then, our family has expanded with another pup and two kids. When we adopted Tino's new sister, Betty, she was terribly nervous and anxious. Denise was always so gentle with her and Betty has now transformed into a social and happy dog who loves her hikes with Biscuits too! Biscuits has been taking care of my dog for over a year now, whenever I need to be out of town. It is so reassuring for me to know that he is with Denise. I know he is getting lots of care and attention... and he always comes home exhausted from all of the exercise! Whenever Denise comes to pick him up, I can tell he is excited and happy to be going with her. I had previously left him in a larger pet "hotel" when I went out of town. For me, Biscuits is much more personal, and a much greater value. Denise took the time to find out his routine and I have absolutely no stress when I leave him with her! We've been using Denise with Biscuits for the last few months after spotting some awesome deals for her services. We are very happy with everything thus far - she keeps us up to date, and obviously pays attention to the animals as they are out and about (if she notices anything seems off, we get an email or a text). Also - great value, which of course we like. Definitely recommend it! A brief update: Have now been using Denise for more than a year, and have used her boarding as well. She's truly the best. Denise takes my dog for weekly hikes, and she is very gentle and patient with her. Sunny comes back tired and ready to sleep for the rest of the day. It's a great alternative to dog daycare, as Sunny is a bit shy and doesn't really like being in close quarters with other dogs all day. On hikes she is free to run around and sniff whatever she wants, and she can stay home for the rest of the afternoon and nap on the couch. I love seeing the photos of the hikes on facebook, and when I'm having a busy week it's nice to know that Sunny will get at least one really good outdoor adventure. read more

My pup has been going on hikes with Denise for the last few months. Denise is awesome with my dog who is a high energy/hyper girl. I was looking for someone who would not only take my dog for a hike to tire her out but also involve some obedience during the hikes because it was really important to me that my dogs training is consistent. Biscuits has been great and my dog and I are really happy with the service. I've also done boarding with Denise and when I came home I had a happy content dog waiting for me. Biscuits has been taking care of our dog for almost 2 years now. He goes on hikes with them twice a week and they are absolutely awesome! Denise is so great with him and he is always excited to see her when she picks him up. He always comes home exhausted so we know he has had a great day. We've been using Biscuits Pet Services for 2 and a half years, and we have used numerous other pet walking services before. Our dog, comes back tired, and all hiked out. My dog absolutely loves going there, which should say something about how great it is, and I love the fact that he comes home with a "report card" so I know how he was and how his day went. Denise has been a part of our lives for over three years now and I can't recommend her work with animals highly enough. Misha hits the trails with the pack four times a week and as a result we have a calm and happy household every night. We had a great experience with Biscuits & Denise :) I trust her care and judgement and felt 100% comfortable leaving our labradoodle with her. Our dog loved the trail hikes & the in home boarding accommodations suited his needs completely. Totally love this place and trust them with my little staffy 500%. He gets a report card after every visit, his own little cubby hole to put his leash in and all the dogs there are very happy and well-adjusted. A discount voucher brought me into this place, but based on my experience - I am happy to pay full price for day care. read more

We have had our puppy at Biscuits over a dozen days here and there over the past 3 months as well a one week vacation and a long weekend. Denise and her team are always helpful and polite and love their jobs which they all do so well. We left our Shiba Inu with Biscuits for the weekend and he had a great time. Shiba's don't always get along with other dogs, but Biscuits did a great job introducing him to the other boarding dogs in a way that made him feel comfortable with them. I love Biscuit Pets! More importantly, my dog loves Denise and the great trail hikes he goes on with her and the crew.
