I've heard a lot about Biscuitville, but didn't have the chance to try it for myself until recently. I decided to keep it simple and ordered a fried chicken biscuit with hash brown and orange juice. The biscuit was fluffy and absolutely delicious! It paired nicely with the hash brown and orange juice. One another trip to this Biscuitville location, I ordered a biscuit with country gravy. It too was delectable. For both trips, we didn't go inside the facility, opting to just use their drive-thru, so I can't comment on the ambiance, but the service was average despite being quite busy. Biscuit was not good, egg was rubbery, sausage was burnt, bacon was burnt. The hash brown casserole was nasty and looked nothing like the picture from the menu. Is there anything they do right? Why was it so busy? This was unacceptable. Never again yuck! read more

What is amazing is they have a pretty big menu and I want to try some more items out but I just cannot tear myself away from my usual. I have always had good service at any other biscuitville but the one time I go to biscuitville on Riverside in Danville Virginia they mess up my order and my food is cold. I call and tell them about it. so they tell me they would put my name in the book to get a recovery order and this was Monday the 21st. So I go to biscuitville on Riverside this morning to get my recovery order and they said they never had my name in the book I remind you I had the receipt. The manager there did not care and was not understanding of what her customer was trying to tell her all I want was for them to make ma experience better in my order right. Loved this place! Was looking for somewhere to eat on Easter and everywhere was closed so we decided to try this place. The chicken was great and flavorful, biscuit was fresh, and everything is locally groun. I only have it 4 instead of 5 is because one of the biscuits we got, the chicken was a little thicker and part of it didn't cook fully. Over all great and would recommend. read more

Breakfast on our way up to WV and we were hungry. We had never eaten at a Biscuitville before, but biscuit's in the name so we didn't figure it could be too bad. This place is ok, not great, but ok. I dod like that they give you a choice of dark roast or medium roast coffee. Egg and cheese biscuits were good, but nothing special. Same for the potatoes. It was a busy morning so the pace was a little frantic for the staff, and the girl who took our order just seemed so disinterested in her job or even attempting to smile. It was busy, I forgive her, but she really needs to improve her attitude - it's part of her job. If customers feel like you don't want to help them, they don't come back. If they don't come back - you're out of a job. I would've given another half star had service at least been a little friendly. read more

Traveling through from Clemson, SC my husband and I came across this restaurant. I Had a country ham biscuit and grits. The biscuit with country ham was good, but not the best I've ever had. The grits were horrible, hard clumps and a monster chunk of butter dropped on the top. My husband had the chicken fried steak biscuit and hash brown. His biscuit, he said, was great and the hash brown was probably the best he's had. If traveling through again, I think I will try the chicken filet biscuit. Thanks!! read more

The food is okay depending on what time you go and what you get, they mess up orders quite frequently, so be sure to check your meals before leaving. The staff is also rude and lack social skill, which is an essential in a workplace where you deal with people on a day to day basis. read more

This place is definitely in need of a new manager. At least half of the times when I go there, they are out of things. They seem to wait until they are completely out of something before they cook anymore. I've had to sit in the parking lot, after ordering from the drive thru, many times waiting for the food. Just today I ordered their new strawberry muffin in the drive thru. After pulling up to the pick up window, they tell me I'll have to wait 20 minutes for it. Who has the time for that if you're in the drive thru? I mean, I was on my lunch break! It happens way too often and there were barely any customers there. Dirty restaurant, cashier had a hard time understanding our group, we had a hard time understanding her, and mediocre food. If you have a name like this, you would think the HIGHLIGHT of your menu would be damn good, right? Well at this location they were sad, frumpy, and down right disappointing. We were staying in Danville and decided to go to Biscuitville for breakfast. The restaurant was crowded and the drive-thru line was long but things moved quickly. I purchased a pork chop and a country fried steak biscuit, along with home fries and a hash brown. I also decided to get two homemade honey buns. Everyone enjoyed their meal except for me because they didn't order something with sausage. I ordered an ultimate sausage biscuit and got about two bites into it and looked down its not cooked all the way. So I took it back up, they apologized, replaced it and all was well. I then got two bites into the replacement and hit the juicy,raw,pink center. I just ate my cheesy grits and went on my way. Biscuit itself was good. Great, really great biscuits and a great value. I bought 6 biscuits, i think they call them dog biscuits and they are already bagged near the register, for only .99.
