I am a longtime patron of the Village Inn chain and have regular eaten at both Statesville locations and when they were open, locations in Mooresville and Cornelius. Even the smaller location on the Westside of Statesville will normally have at least 7 trays of pizza. I addition I ordered an unsweetened Iced Tea which is self-serve, but the canister of Unsweetened Iced Tea had so much Sugar in it, if I had tried to stick a spoon in it, it would have remained erect with any assistance. Granted that I have mobility issues and have to walk with a cane, when I tried to put my plate down so that I could get the tea, the went plop onto the floor. At this time, I chose to walk out the door even though I had already paid for my lunch. I will continue to patronize Village Inn but not this location.

Not to pick of KFC but Bojangles are almost as bad when it comes to Unsweetened Tea. This one is kind of middle of the road for the area with some better and others a lot worse.
