Waited 10 minutes at the drive-through window for my food. Nobody in front of me or behind me.

Nasty salad with wilted, brown lettuce. Waited 29 minutes for food. Tables were all dirty. Had to clean my own table to eat

To start, the kid behind the counter didn't have any flippin manners. Get our food and there are literally 10 fries in each plate after paying extra for large fries. FOOD WAS COLD!!!!!!! Extremely slow service. Took 32 minutes to get our food. Employees were very rude and were more interested in closing for the night then serving the customers. It was still 45 minutes until closing time. While food was being prepared one employee slung soapy water all over the floor in an attempt to clean. The water splashed on everything and employees were walking all through it making a mess everywhere. I will NEVER set foot in this restaurant again. read more

The food was good, but it wasn't hot. The bathrooms are in dire need of cleaning and there toilet paper needs to be replaced or should I say there needs to be some put in there. The soap dispensers in the restroom were out of soap. The drink machine was dirty, really dirty. I might return but who knows. read more

I've always loved Zaxby's. However, today was just evidently not a good day. The staff was more into playing around in the kitchen and cutting up and they were to getting our order right. Me and my boyfriend got here, placed our order, sat in line forever only for for our order to apparently be lost so we had to reorder, no big deal. So we reordered and waited even longer just to have our order apparently given to someone else and received someone else's order. We took it back in and got our money back. They told me the computers are down and it would only take 15-20 minutes, but I'm beginning to think I will never receive my chicken. We were heading home from King's Mountain and were in dire need of nourishment. We decided to stop where we were and find somewhere to stop and grab a quick bite. None of us had ever been to a Zaxby's before and we figured it would be a better option than a burger joint. It's not the best fast food chain in the world, but I wouldn't totally avoid it in the future. I did like the interior, as it looks a bit more upscale and appealing than the typical fast food joint. The menu is pretty basic, with a mixture of chicken tenders, wings, salads and sandwiches. The miss' opted for The Blue salad which had blackened chicken, bleu cheese crumbles and other veggies served with Texas Toast. The chicken was flavorful but had that rubbery consistency that most fast food chicken places are plagued by. They also initially gave her some kind of vinaigrette dressing as opposed the bleu cheese that it is supposed to come with. I ordered the Cajun Club which had some spongey grilled chicken with lettuce, tomato and bacon. The chicken had a nice spice to it but the bacon was extremely lame and flavorless. It also came with some fries, and that is one thing that Zaxby's definitely has going for it. They are those potatoey crinkle fries that are far superior to any thin fast food fry you will get at a burger joint. The quality of the chicken still left something to be desired, and the prices were a bit steep for fast food, but overall it wasn't a completely horrible experience. Zaxby's will be on our reserve list for the next time we are in desperate need of food while on the road and searching for a fast food fix. read more

Ate at Zaxby's today for the first time in a while. I had forgotten how good the chicken is. I also like the texas toast and that crushed ice that comes with the drinks. There are two reasons I did'nt rate this Zaxby's any higher. 1.People at the counter are'nt the friendliest in the world. 2. If it does'nt come with your meal, they want to nickel and dime you to death and charge you for extra sauce, texas toast, ect. read more

Staff is extremely rude. I always get a grilled chicken sandwich and have to turn around and go right back through the drive thru and give it back because they make it fried. Don't go here unless you check the food. Even when you get the food you still have to give it back to them and request the cook it the way it was ordered. read more

This is, by far, the best fast food restaurant in Lincolnton! Their employees are clean cut, speak clearly, and are ALWAYS polite. What I like most is that they serve REAL chicken! read more

Came in here today with my son, my sister and my brother-in-law. The place wasn't busy- AT ALL and it took me nearly 10-15 minutes just to receive my food. Eventually, I walked up to the front to see what was taking so long. The girl at the register acted like she didn't even see me there. The young boy who was working behind the counter, grabbing everyone's orders disappeared for a good while.... then I see food being brought up to be served, which was mine, and the girl working the register saw it and could have given it to me... but did she? No. (Which by the way, TWO people that ordered way after me received their food first) My food sat there about 3 to 4 minutes and the girl working the register called over to the young boy and LAUGHED telling him to jokingly get back to work. He then walks up, sees me standing there, DOESN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE FOOD SITTING IN FRONT OF HIM and gives me a deer in the headlights look. I said "My food is right behind you." He didn't even offer an apology or anything. That's okay, I'm calling the manager tomorrow. read more

By far my favorite fast food restaurant in town. The food is always great, the service is even better. Great food with friendly fast service, who could ask for anything more. It's also nice to have some healthier options when trying to eat on the run but not pack on the pounds. read more

Just got my Bank statement and these brainless people charged me twice for the same meal and when I call to talk to a manager I get a kid that tells me in order to get a refund I have to physically drive back to there store and bring my statement to get a refund.
