My daughter went weeks without post op therapy due to the lack of urgency or compassion from the office staff. The staff providing direct care to my daughter have been great. She shows improvement when she is seen and likes the staff providing her treatment. Unfortunately in our area we do not have a lot of options. As of 1/06/24 I have not been contacted to have these issues resolved. In fact, the issues have got worse and I cancelled all appointments for my daughter. We would rather drive her out of town than continue to deal with the Ridgecrest select office. Having billing issues and rude receptionists is one thing I will tolerate if my daughter is receiving good care. But the latest visit to the office left my daughter in tears. The woman did not read her chart and gave her exercises she was not ready for. At one point another staff member pointed out that my daughter shouldn't be lifting with weights yet. This is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone send their child to this office.

Doctor Taylor was engaged, explained the injury and what I needed to do to regain mobility in my hand. The nursing staff was very supportive & I felt like I was in good hands. On follow-up I met with Jonathan & he was also superb. Asked questions, and made a number of suggestions that I think will be very useful. Jonathan thought to ask about other potential injuries from the fall to look out for - I'd banged my knee pretty hard, but it had been kinda neglected. Good experience all around (except for the accident part).

I did not have any pain during or after the treatments I received. In the past my mouth has hurt for a week or more after dental work. Not so with Dr. Chen. I was amazed that he was able to save a tooth t hat I thought was hopeless. I am very grateful to Dr. Chen. My digestion has improved since I got my dental problems fixed.

My husband finally got one physical therapist to actually come out for 3 times in a row. The occupational therapists would schedule an appointment but then cancel on the day and this was a month from when he got home. He was due 6 visits and he received 2 then they just sent out a review nurse, who said he didn't need them any more! Talking with the coordinator was a joke because either he was non responsive to my calls or just not there. In other words don't use this service if you want your loved one needs in-home help!!

Jaja (the care coordinator) delayed what should have been a routine urinalysis by twenty days. Her behavior was unprofessional, unpleasant and uncaring 100%. I asked for her supervisor Josie to call me which never happened. Today I finally got to speak with Ena, the Director of Medical Care only to be "redirected " to another home health agency. Again, 100% unprofessional behavior. If the director of medical care penalizes a patient for advocating for her well being and health, imagine how the rest of the staff behave. I asked to speak with Ulysses (the director of this agency) and I was not able to do so. I would never recommend this agency and if I could give them zero stars I would. But that's not an option.

Had that order delivered to Bridge. Was reassured by Bridge again and again that service would soon begin. Waited patiently for service. NOTHING. NADA. Followed up with phone calls. More reassurance. STILL NO SERVICE. NADA. Called again. Now, not even a live pick up. Right to voice mail. And predictably no answer to my messages left. They just lied the whole time STAY AWAY Why are they still allowed to stay in business?
