While shopping today I saw a 87 man on a none working motorized cart. His cart had broken down. He was stranded and looked unwell. I asked him if I could get some him help. I saw the man at the door and told him of the man. He said " I can't leave the door." I ask if he could notify someone. He didn't respond.I went to a man at the self checkout and ask him to notify someone. He said he couldn't leave his area. I understand they can't leave but can't they call for help.the person from the door finally came and told us that all the carts were in use or not charged. The senior ended up being given a regular cart. He could barely stand. He got in a line to be checked out. The man from the door said they would open a self checkout. The senior would have to walk all the way back. He had to walk to car. He was polite, didn't complain. What if he fell. Would anyone get help? Do the employees have phones to notify some to help shoppers in this kind of situation?I'm a senior also and I'm disappointed and worry about anyone having a medical emergency . I hope the gentle man finds a safer way to get his groceries. Shame on you, Walmart. You can do better.

Only things that do bother me is the lack of employees roaming the aisles to answer customers questions because just a few years ago there were easy to find employees and also the employees would go up to customers if they looked like they were looking for something and ask if there was any help needed...that DOES NOT happen anymore! Also the items that they physically mark down(clearance/sale)NEVER reflects the marked down price when checking out! Not crazy about the pharmacy because they have a huge turn over of people that check you out and if you have any questions about insurance or Mperks related to the transaction they do not have a clue...Other than those small things, like I said, I choose to go to this location and I do not see me changing in the foreseeable future.

The lady that works there with rainbow hair is super rude . She even told me I could not use two health insurance : I had to talk to a pharmacist to get that cleared up. Most recent incident been over medication of Zepbound : my next dosage was to 7.5 mg but they filled script with 10 mg so I called in told them they were giving me the wrong dosage so they fixed the mistake but assured me they put the 10 mg back in system. So when it came time to pickup that dosage they telling me my doctor cancel the medication ;which I told them what they did weeks ago about giving me wrong dosages putting that one back into their system. Well I had my doctor call another script over for 10 mg Zepbound mine u this the 3 rd time on this script So I picked up one of the units before I had my scripts transferred over to Krogers . So I noticed a couple my scripts did not transfer over . So I called Meijer's they telling me the one had no more refills and had no refills for 10mg Zepbound . I like look my app says I do and this is why I have transferred my scripts to Kroger pharmacy. I used do choice words. Place is horrible ,their app sucks to. Meijer pharmacy techs just don't seem to care enuf or want to take the time to check to save a customer money.
