We were distressed, didn't quite know what to do with our smashed camper van in the middle of nowhere with all of our belongings inside it and home 600 miles away. The tow truck not only delivered our van - and us - to Fix Auto in The Dalles, but they provided us with the information to find a vehicle to get us and our belongings home. There was an Enterprise, but they don't have one-way rentals, which didn't do us any good and I was starting to freak out. The driver contacted dispatch and they said there was a U-Haul in town. Perfect! It was overkill, all we really needed was a station wagon or a minivan, but we ended up with their smallest available vehicle, a 10-foot boxvan And we're grateful to have it. And bonus is that U-Haul sells packing boxes so we bought a bunch of those so we could unload our van and gET home.. Very grateful for everyone involved in this, but Simco gets bonus points for coming up with a workable idea for getting us home with our stuff! Thank You!

I called Micah and spoke with him about my situation and told him I was going to call AAA and call him back. After I spoke to AAA I found out I was not covered in my own mother's vehicle. Before I could decide what to do next I saw Micah pulling up in his truck to help me. I was surprised and relieved to see help in my rearview mirror. To make a long story short Micah drive me to two locations to rent a rental truck and trailer to tow the vehicle and then helped me load the car into the trailer ( I couldn't have done it without him). He barely charged me for the whole mess and was a real pleasure to be around especially in such a bad predicament. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MICAH if you ever need help with any sort of breakdown situation. He's a decent guy who's heart isn't filled with greed. Rather he's a straight shooter who actually cares about his business and more importantly other human beings.
