While changing the worst tire I put a call into The Dalles Les Schwab to see if they had four trailer tires in stock and could install when I got there. I gave the size and was quoted a price and then told them to expect us shortly. We made 20 miles drive with no issues. Checked in at the desk and they got us in the queue. Not even 90 minutes later we were back on the road with 4 new tires mounted and balanced with brand new metal valve stems and heading home. It is nice having the peace of mind of their best trailer tire offering on our trailer. The staff provided professional and quality service. I called Micah and spoke with him about my situation and told him I was going to call AAA and call him back. After I spoke to AAA I found out I was not covered in my own mother's vehicle. Before I could decide what to do next I saw Micah pulling up in his truck to help me. I was surprised and relieved to see help in my rearview mirror. To make a long story short Micah drive me to two locations to rent a rental truck and trailer to tow the vehicle and then helped me load the car into the trailer ( I couldn't have done it without him). He barely charged me for the whole mess and was a real pleasure to be around especially in such a bad predicament. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MICAH if you ever need help with any sort of breakdown situation. He's a decent guy who's heart isn't filled with greed. Rather he's a straight shooter who actually cares about his business and more importantly other human beings. They don't have enough stars for this guy
