There's no elevator, and the staff watched indifferently as I struggled to get my 77-year-old body and suitcase up the narrow landings. It's right on the Eastern Shore's main highway, so be prepared for lots of traffic noise. I left an early flight, so I had to check out at 4:15 AM. Evidently they hadn't turned on the hot water yet. Showering was a real adventure! Other than that it's pretty much your standard overpriced tourist hotel. But it's cheaper than some others.

Just off the highway near michaels island and others, this location has multiple managers, the sheets on my bed were brand new, new tv, new office chair , just nicely updated. They recommended I head to Michaels Island to eat and it was fantastic - 10 minutes away to a part of the country never been too. I'm a sailor and this was the sea life. I stayed here since Salisbury was booked and it was less than an our to delmar where I needed to me in the am - but got my Hilton, good hot breakfast, kick ass coffee had me buzzing and a good night sleep. Can't beat it. Highly recommend!!!

Our car completely broke down on the way to Hampton Inn Easton and had to be towed back home. We immediately called to cancel our reservation, explained the situation, and even asked if we could simply reschedule for another weekend. The answer was no. No refund. No credit. No rescheduling. Nothing. Apparently customer circumstances don't matter, even when they're completely beyond the customer's control. Rather than showing any understanding or offering a reasonable solution, the hotel chose to keep our money and send us on our way. Needless to say, this experience has guaranteed that we won't be staying here in the future. There are plenty of hotels that understand customer service is more than just reciting a policy. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED, First, that we had to cancel our weekend getaway, second that the hotel had zero empathy.

Rooms are comfortable and bathroom pretty large . The free breakfast was great , something for everyone even gluten free options. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for this area . He honored our request and put notes in their reservation system while we were standing there. The room we had was clean and comfortable. There was an electronic device on the wall that controlled that window shade and the blackout shade which worked very well. So we could have some daylight coming through or total blackout when we wanted that. The complimentary morning breakfast was awesome and so much more than I expected. The coffee was fantastic. Then they had juices, hot oatmeal and cold cereals, fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, turkey sausage links and pork sausage patties, warm cinnamon buns and a magical machine that makes 2 pancakes when you press a button (whew). I wanted to try that out but I was more than happy with my biscuits and sausage gravy! We also took advantage of their indoor pool and hot tub area. It was very clean and well stocked with towels. Watery lotion in sink area. Breakfast--- disgusting. There was about 4 total cars parked at the motel. At 830, went to get breakfast, there was nothing there!
