The middle of the flatbread was undercooked which was more soggy than crisp with what tasted like an unseasoned can red sauce. The Mahi Mahi Rachel was unique spin on a standard Rachel sandwich. The blackened Mahi was just okay and oddly enough, the mouth feel of the Mahi was indiscernible from the slaw. I was a bit taken back that the slaw on the Mahi Mahi Rachel contained golden raisins and what looked like cranberries - neither of which were called out on the menu. So, I got to check out the grounds around the main building before the bride and groom arrived for rehearsal. They have a wonderful wandering Garden with Fountains and water features. Drinks were pricy. - Shuttle to downtown can be picked up outside the hotel and to the right. Runs every 20 minutes on the hour. - Restaurants on-site but we went across the street to Carpaccio Tuscan Kitchen & Wine Bar which was fantastic - make reservations. Things to Note: - City garage for parking and you will need to pay by scanning the QR code with your phone to start the timer for your car (remember your license number). It took several tries to connect to the website and get it to work. When you leave, you just drive out and it recognizes your car. - Our room had a connecting door.
