They charged me $47.01. They don't mark items with price. and did not give me itemized receipt, they only gave credit card receipt showing total amount. I went back and asked them price of each item I had purchased and total came to $39.92+tax. Please watch what they charge and ask for itemized receipt.

The wrap was made in 5 minutes. They made sure to not put sauce on the wrap, and instead but the dairy sauce on the side. I do wish the wrap had a sauce option that was vegan like hummus or a spicy red sauce. It was a little dry with nothing. That falafel though made this wrap totally worth ordering The falafel was so light and perfectly flavored. Finally a falafel ball that is not burnt on the outside, dried out, or just tastes like parsley. This falafel was everything I could have dreamed of, and I will certainly order it again. Next time I visit Zam Zam not only will I bring a shopping bag to grocery shop, but I also look forward to another authentic falafel wrap. One guest complained that one of the lamb chops he had tasted rancid. Also bought an iced chocolate cake to put birthday candles on. When I prepared to slice the cake I found that the icing covered paper wrapped around the round cake. The cake was stale even though the icing was fresh. So much for Moti's!

After three attempts with no voicemail option, the owner finally answered, only to put me on hold even after I clearly said I needed to cancel the order. Then, the next day, she called back just to berate me for not calling again! Absolutely no respect for the customer's time. How does that make sense? You have time to call and lecture a customer, but not to set up a voicemail, take messages properly, or learn basic customer service etiquette? This kind of unprofessional behavior might fly elsewhere-in an another part of the world. but not here. As a small business, you'd think they'd value and respect the few loyal customers they have. Sadly, that's not the case
