June 2024, I had received a promo for customized tees. As I was starting a new brand, thought it was a great deal so I went forwarded with placing an order. From the start, everything went wrong. I hadn't received anything from them regarding the order - only to find out that they are also using the name 413merch and all the emails went to spam, as who's 413 Merch?! Anywho- figured that all out by myself. No worries. I want to support local and sign the contract and paid my bill. I paid for rush order and was told I would receive my tees the week of July 4th. Heard nothing. But it's a holiday weekend, so I let it slide. I then heard nothing, crickets. I finally get ahold of someone and he told me my shirts haven't even been printed. I also informed him That I was charged 3 times for the order; as well as it paying for rush order when it was already mid July. I was told the two extra charges; as well as the rush order charge would be returned. Never received my money back. Picked up my shirts 7/15/24 (there about) and said that the returns still haven't hit my account. He said give it a little bit, and if it didn't hit, we would work something out. From mid-July til today, there have been many attempts to work this out. I went to pick up cash, but he didn't have any. He wrote me a check. The check was then returned, so again didn't receive my money. Supposedly their account was hacked the week of August 18th, 2024 and that was why the check had been returned. I am in weekly contact with them and still haven't received my money. And now, no answer. This is just not ok. So, if you're thinking about using them for any customizations - DON'T. I've gotten quicker and faster service with Amazon. Ugh. read more

Horrible. Go somewhere else. First red flag was I was asked to pay for my.$3000 order in full before anything even started. on top of that, I was supposed to have my order before Christmas. I finally reached out in the middle of January when I didn't hear anything. I was blatantly lied to at least five times with them saying that it was done. I even drove to Buffalo on the day that they said it would be completed and how ironic it wasn't. Then they told me they shipped it about five times, and would never give me a tracking number. Finally, the owner reached out to me and swore up-and-down and promised that it would be going out that day. At that point I had already filed a credit card claim that morning. I let him know that when he contacted me and told him as soon as I received the order, I would close the claim but I was not going to do that before receiving it since I had been lied to multiple times. What do ya know, I never received it. So I waited months for an order that I needed ASAP and had to go through the whole ordering and design process with someone else just because they didn't want to be honest with me. I'm the most patient person ever and I was very calm and respectful through the whole thing but after being lied to over and over again, I just gave up. Not a reputable company and you can't believe a thing that they say. Do yourself a favor and read reviews from various other people who have had the same complaints and just order somewhere else. read more

I literally had the WORSE experience with bison print co since I decided to work with these guys. Every step of the process has been prolonged and is still ongoing to get my refund that they promised me . SHIPPING WAS A MESS they claimed they shipped out my order but didn't ship it until week half later. Every hoodie i ordered had its own imperfection and low quality screen print they also spelled brand name incorrect after they were corrected and approved of the mockup of it spelled the right way. Said they will be ready last week and then I get a refund on the 19th of April when they should be ready no phone call. No email. Nothing and still waiting and trying to get the remaining balance. Worst company ever. They claim they shipped out my package but I never received a tracking number. I reached out to Eli and he stated he had to file a claim with UPS in order to refund me. I haven't heard from him since. I ordered on 11/5/22. I've called and emailed over and over. I finally realized I would not receive a refund or even a response back from Bison Print Co. And of course its too late for me to even file a dispute with my card. So I am out over $600 which is a lot for a small business that is just starting out. read more

Was referred to these guys by a friend; biggest mistake I could've ever made. I placed my order on the 2nd of February, absolutely horrible from the very start. When submitting a quote for 50 super basic one layer screenprinted Hanes beefy tees, I initially started the email chain with Eli, the supposed owner of the business. Eli was very responsive and got back to me about specifics about the order, all up until communication slowed to a halt upon paying for the shirts. Would take weeks upon weeks for any sort of half baked response, and they never pick their phone up, nor respond to my voicemails. The mockups they insisted on making despite me already providing a mockup, were way overdue than the "48 hour digital delivery" they were supposed to fulfill. Then upon essentially talking to a wall when trying to communicate with Eli for a while, I reached out to John, one of his co- workers. While John definitely was much more responsive, he still would continue the trope of half baked replies and a lack of descriptiveness in updates. As of this week, John is telling me their "shipping is backed up" despite his initial promise to ship the product over a week ago! I am now nearing a month since the date of supposed delivery, and down 350$ with no shirts. While having the shirts would be nice, at this point I'm horrified for the quality control of these pieces considering the complete lack of care for something as simple as communication with your clients. Never again, absolute nightmare especially considering I have customers who preordered these garments. read more

I stopped in last Wednesday to place an order for our disc golf tournament, i know it was last minute but they were able to do all 78 shirts in less than a week! fantastic quality and great service. the only thing i will say is they suck at answering the phone. Other than that I had no issues with my order everything looked great. read more

The crew at Bison print company never let me down, the quality and price are outstanding

I truly don't know where to start! There's a guy named Eli running the business with his girlfriend and he's in charge of the communication end while she's working her but off for them! There under staff but ALWAYS taking on new orders from clients, I noticed the short time I spent with them. He's barley there or sits in his office while she works her but off for them! I only got (Three) designs done from them which was a total of 200 Shirts but the three designs were done at different times and EVERY order was beyond late and passed the deadline. He always said 4-6 weeks we ALWAYS got our merch anywhere from 7-9 weeks. They made us late every order and we had to refund some clients money that preordered through us. He's very very I mean very bad at communicating and that's the only job he really does! He ignored my messages, then would finally reply saying sorry 2-3 weeks after the deadline. Our last order we got through them he messed up as USUAL and gave us three shirts from someone else's brand then offered to give us some of our money back because of the inconvenience and us reminding him on his repetitive mistakes BUT he then ignored me again (Blocked my Instagram, my number and then ignored my emails). As of now he owes me somewhere around $300.00 and blocked me. I have ALL the proof NEEDED to show ANYONE! We have screenshots of him agreeing to his mistakes, offering to refund us, confirming the merch will take only 4-6 weeks, invoices and of course us being blocked. If I were you don't waste your time or money with this guy not being funny he's very irresponsible as a business man. read more
