The dress hadn't fit quite right when I came in and, even though I had only intended to get it shortened, they were able to make some small alterations to other parts of the dress to make it fit perfectly. They were fairly professional last time I was here, picking something up for my Landlord. My caveat is that it was last winter, not this winter.
