The employees at this location are always helpful and nice. I'm there quite often to ship or return items. Went today, and unbeknownst to me the Amazon returns are now DIY! I had 10 packages and no clue what I was doing! I figured it out quickly, but don't think I got all the packages right...ugh. But for free returns, well worth the aggregation. But if there was anyone waiting behind me, I'd have felt bad as there is only one machine. I'll be back! read more

I was walking in to ship a return, and saw the "WE SHIP USPS!" sign in the window, with a listing of the types of USPS packages they ship. I went back to my car, and grabbed my 2 other packages, figuring I could save myself a stop. One of my packages was a shoe box, and I figured I would just transfer the contents to a Priority Mail box, and it would be cheaper. As I set my things down, the clerk (man-child) behind the counter, who was busy with another customer, stopped me and said, "Ma'am, is that a shoe box?" I answered in the affirmative and explained what I stated above. The little man-child actually laughed and said, "We don't have Priority Mail boxes. We're not the Post Office!" and proceeded to snicker with his coworker. I brought his attention to the sign in the window, and instead of attempting to upsell me on the boxes in the back of the store that I noticed when I turned in my free return (you know..trying to get customers to SPEND MONEY in the short amount of time they are in the store you represent), he continued with his flippant attitude and dismissed me to return to his customer. What a douche. This place is convenient to my house, but next time I will take my business elsewhere. I certainly hope that being a prick to me made you feel better about yourself and your shitty minimum wage job. read more

UPS stands for Unbelievable Penis Size, and the store was named after, you guessed it. Well no, it actually stands for brown-suited employees carrying brown boxes and driving brown trucks. Who the hell told anyone that brown was a good colour for a business? It's the colour of poop. Although that's one of those things that is understood but shouldn't be stated. But I just did, so it's too late. I liked this store because they'd mail stuff out for me to all over the world when I was just getting started in the music business. The lady was a little overbearing but very friendly. Originally I believe it was Mailboxes Etc, but then it was taken over by UPS and kept the same employees. The prices are high and the service is... quirky and over-involved. But I still appreciate it being here and all the stuff they did for me when I lived 5 minutes away. read more

Not happy. Called the store and asked if they were a passport processing center, was told yes. So I brought my daughters over to get their passports done after school. When we arrived we were told they only did passports photos but did not process documents for new passports. So we figured since we were already there we would get their photos taken care of. $17.95 later, went to the post office only to find out the size of photos were incorrect and they had to retake photos and pay again! It is a drop-off/pick-up store inside a little gas station. The male owner is extremely unfriendly. He yelled at my 74 yr old mom who was asking for help saying "what do you want?" Avoid this place. UPS needs to revoke its license with this store. read more

Ripoff! Went in to ship a large box of floormats and was forced to pay $48 ups ground. This was the cheapest option. I told them I was going to take it elsewhere, and they said the post office was going to be the same price. I reluctantly agreed. After going home and checking what the post office would have been it came out to be $14.78. Do not go here to ship your stuff. Go to the post office! You should be ashamed for conning people into shipping with you. read more

Yes, the employees here are bad. They tend to be rather cheeky and pretentious. They always make sure to ask if you are absolutely sure you don't need to buy anything else. One time I came in to drop off amazon return already has postage on it. So I just wanted to leave it and go. But 2 employees were waiting on another couple and said no I should wait my turn. Finally after they weighed my package (why?), then they finally made me wait for a receipt to print. Then the guy hands me the receipt and says "that will be a dollar ninety-five.......Just kidding." I have been to other stores where service is much better. That being said, it is close to my house and does offer all the shipping things I need, but I would watch out for overcharging especially if you need something packed or any special requests. read more

Crazy Wrappers!!! OMG they are amazing!! About 2 years ago I had them wrap and ship my beloved aunts china to me. It took me two days to unwrap and everything was perfect! Fast forward about 2 weeks ago it was no question were we were going--again they did an AMAZING job wrapping and shipping my cherished Christmas dishes from my grandfather who died 40 years ago. Not only that they also shipped me a huge painting that was framed. AMAZING JOB!!! All things arrived 3,000 miles way in perfect condition. And I must address the issue about customer service--I don't know what others are talking about on Yelp--they were SO nice and helpful!!! Avoid if possible. If you must use this location have all your ducks in a row. They tried to charge 19.00 for a small box. I returned the next day with my own..(free). When I returned the second day I could over hear the older lady telling a younger employee (in a secretive whisper) to add a few dollars to another customers shipping. She clearly did not want me to hear this as she walked over to him and turned her back on me. A snake move in my opinion. They will take advantage of you if you let them. Heads up! read more
