I just got my card statement and there is NO REFUND. This company is TOOOO EXPENSIVE and does not have good ethics.

At each of the steps, I was told the next person would provide it. I was even specifically told I would know before anyone showed up. I should have told him to leave but he was there and at that point I just wanted it done. Very shady operation.
