We use Tri-City Plumbing for everything having to do with water in our house. (I have a very rational hatred of plumbing). Most recently Jason replaced our septic tank. He worked with the Benton County inspector to come up with a plan and alternatives and executed the plan in one day. (Jason saved us over $3K compared to another bidder who would have had us out of our house for three days but in town so we could give him a check immediately upon completion). Tri-City Plumbing has replace our hot water tank, replaced a toilet, and supplied a new water conditioner at our house. Jason has always done outstanding work and has backed up his work when we needed help. I will continue to call on Jason for everything plumbing. read more

I had a water heater go bad and it started leaking all over my garage. I called Tri city Plumbing around 1:30. They called me right back and sent me a tech for a new water heater by 5:30. I was back in business by 7. My Plumber did a great job!The last time I replaced a water heater it took days. Everyone I dealt with at try city plumbing was a cut above. Septic tank alarm went off Saturday night. Called Tri-City Plumbing and left a voice mail request because their website claimed 24/7 service and they had good reviews. No response, called again Sunday, left another message. Ditto Monday morning. Turns out they do NOT offer 24/7 service, and are not available on weekends at all. Played phone tag with Jason Monday and Tuesday before and after another company began the job so we could shower and flush again. Turns out that TCP&M's website doesn't even offer septic tank repairs, so we probably came out way ahead anyway. read more

I waited two days to have a plumber come out and tell me his boss will give me a call. Then I waited another day for the call to say they are not skilled enough to do the job. They wasted so much of my time that I had to pay another company extra to finish the work on Saturday. It took them 3 1/2 hours to do the job. Sump transfer pump went out. As always, Tri City Plumbing is very professional, honest and responsive. I have been dealing with an issue with our pump and have been unable to use not only all the water down stairs but my sink and dishwasher as well. With Christmas coming, it was going to be a long wait to get the pump situation resolved. Tri City made room in an already long day. Took the time to properly diagnose the problem and perform the repairs. They even waived the diagnostic fee and performed the work. I won't post pictures but believe me they did great work. I thought my hot water heater was due for a replacement because I couldn't fill a bathtub before the water got cold. I also was thinking about going tankless. Jason came out, and he was prompt and courteous. He looked at my heater and said the problem was the heat setting was too low so he bumped it up and showed me how to adjust it. He's also not a fan of tankless and explained to me the pros and cons. Remember, he's doing all of this FOR FREE and was actually talking me out of purchasing anything from him. What's even more impressive is that he called me a few days later to make absolutely certain my water had heated up and that I wasn't having problems. This kind of honesty and integrity is extremely rare and, even though I have no problem in need of fixing today, Jason has made me a customer for life! read more

I thought I needed a new water heater, and they said that they could be here that afternoon. I had been fighting with my water heater for a couple of days, and I traced it to an element, but that didn't make sense given that we had replaced it a short time before. I wanted a new heater. Cody arrived, and started asking questions, and then testing what was happening. He determined that the element had been damaged. He replaced that, and sure enough, the old element was destroyed. It was a perfect chance for them to sell me the whole water heater and services, but they replaced the element for a very small fraction of what I expected to pay. Couldn't be happier with their timely, valuable service. I'll call them whenever I need further plumbing help. read more

I heard water running when it shouldn't and called late in a Thursday afternoon. Jason was very calming and helpful, and made time to come and check out our problem. Had our kitchen flood last night and so we called Jeff this morning and he was here by 11. He fixed the kitchen sink that flooded, along with a leaking toilet downstairs and gave us very helpful advice to do a simple fix on the toilet upstairs. I highly recommend Jason and Tri-City Plumbing & Mechanical. I called Jason about a hot water heater issue. He was very busy but managed to fit me into his schedule this week. He was very informative and checked all the possible causes. We discussed best case and worse case scenarios of the possible problem and what it would take (and cost) to fix them. He also recommended a "try this - and wait and see if it improves" before we have to try the other alternative, which could be expensive because of where my home builder put my water heater.
