For my actual breakfast, I went with the pancake and a side of sausage (because protein). The pancake was much grander than I expected; it was a single cake that was topped with butter, fruit compote, powdered sugar, and maple syrup. This really exceeded my expectations - the cake was huge and super thick with the perfect amount of components; it was definitely a more cakey pancake if that makes sense.
