It had been a few years since I've been here, and since that time a new change of ownership has occurred. I remember a nice Asian family used to run this spot. Since then, a Georgian couple, I think they are Georgian, has taken over. I was in the mood for a Philly cheesesteak in addition to trying something different. After my perusing of the menu I knew what was going to be my pick for the evening. I live in Everett and this place is just right down the freeway, which is a short jaunt considering it is the Boeing freeway and it's not a bad drive at all. After pulling up, i headed inside and it wasn't crowed at all. I did a quick look over on the menu and glanced at the available slices and was greeted warmly by the husband. I knew what I wanted but it was going to be a split order. I let him know that I was going to eat in first and then order to go afterwards and he was welcomed to it. I first ordered a slice, the meat lovers or pepperoni and sausage. And Caesar salad. The salad was a regular portion but they have a larger as well. The slice was decent. The majority of pizza parlors throw slices back in the oven for a quick reheat and this was no different. Great crisp, not too greasy and the bite was good. My favorite local spot is Brooklyn brothers but this was not too far behind. The salad was good. Classic romaine, chopped to bite-sized pieces, excellent mouth size and the dressing was on point. Croutons, which were plentiful, and I enjoy that, rounded out with a good amount of shredded Parmesan. It wasn't the best but when you have a good caesar salad it's damn near good enough. After my first palate cleanse, i went to place my to go order. A Philly cheesesteak and their kachapuri. The cheesesteak was simple, just meat and cheese, which is my personal standard. The kachapuri was their pizza dough, a mix of cheeses and Georgian cheeses and an egg yolk, that was added father it was cooked. It was accompanied by a slab of butter. The cheesesteak was delicious. It was meaty and cheesy lol. The dough was soft and absorbed all the drippings of the meat and cheese and each bite was perfect. There an always better cheesesteaks and some are standards but this one set a great mark compared to my poach offerings, even the ones that cheesesteak in their namesake. I was happy. After I wolfed down the first half, I saved the rest for the next day and dove into the Kachapuri. This was my first time having this dish and it was a great choice. Be warned that this is a heavy dish and very rich. I had to spread it out over the next few days but each reheat was great and never did it decrease in flavor or quality. The flavor is extremely piquant. Savory, creamy and the addition of the yolk and butter just brings it to another level. Again, it is heavy and should be paired with something lite, salad, vegetables, a tame meat or subtle fish but if eaten on its own, good enough. Check them out and if you're curious, go for the cheesesteak and if you're in the mood add the kachapuri. You wont regret it. read more

No stars. What once was a good reliable place for many years has tuned to complete shit. Forgotten orders and pizza that is so underdone you can't peel it from the cardboard box. I know mistakes happen but this is the last chance I can give them to take my money. Sad that Mukilteo has such garbage food options. read more

The workers were very rude and had an attitude. We were very polite, but they extremely disrespectful. she was even stingy with giving us pepper and cheese. We were extremely polite and came in quietly, so there was no reason for us to be treated that way. This older lady with black hair needs an attitude check. Keep in mind, the pizza tastes like a burnt tire. its a floppy, greasy, mess. It is a waste of 5 dollars. it was so hard and rubbery, if i threw it at a window, it would crack. DO NOT COME HERE! Must try! We got a Caesar salad and pizza! Both were fantastic! The Caesar was fresh, bright green, and dressed well. It did not disappoint. We ordered a half cheese half pepperoni and it was sooo good. I loved how the crust was foldable and thin. It definitely screams New York style pizza. the staff was disrespectful to me and my friends. she was an older lady and we had been very respectful but she did NOT return it. very sassy and mean and NOT polite. pizza was not even good we got slices and they just reheat it. it was a soggy greasy mess. My friends and I visited on Tuesday, may 26 around 4:20pm and the lady was very rude and had an attitude. We were very kind and respectful and saying please and thank you and she had an attitude for everything. Even us asking for cheese and crushed red pepper she sighed and looked annoyed, didn't know cheese and pepper was that high demand‍. Furthermore the pizza was not worth my money, we bought 3 slices each being around 4$ I paid $14.60!!! 14 DOLLARS FOR 3 SLICES WTFFF!!!! I COULD BUY 2 MEDIUM PIZZAS FROM DOMINOS FOR CHEAPER. Additionally the pizza was dry and stale but also chewy and gummy.... make it make sense. They just heated up stale cold pizza which was gross. The grease was dripping off of it like my day 4 hair no wash.. if you enjoy keeping your money and tastebuds do not eat here. Looking to try a new pizza joint this place did not disappoint. its smallish, but clean and comfortable. They offer some slices of pizza (only pepperoni and cheese from what I saw). We quickly settled on the Bite Special pizza (think supreme) and it was fun for the kids to see everything made fresh to order from making the dough to the topping process. The wait was well worth it. the pizza came out piping hot, cut all the way through (I hate it when some places do not cut the crust all the way through) and so tasty. The crust is crispy and has a nice chew to it. Definitely an add to our come back pizza joints. read more

This place is a hidden gem. Everything is so delicious and fresh. I love the red sauce (perfect amount of sweetness), the crust is so flavorful with the perfect amount of crisp. I've been coming to Bite of NY for a few years, however it had been a while since I moved further north. Since I was in the area stopped for a couple of slices and a grinder for lunch the next day. There are new owners since I was there last and they are very nice people. They added a couple of new menu items. The quality is still high! Love the taste of the crust, thinner and great for folding like it should be done. Also had an Italian grinder to take home, always better the next day to let the dressing soak in. I am a self-admitted pizza snob as I was born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island. There are only two pizza places that I frequent in Snohomish County and this is one of them. Pizza is always delicious and they serve slices! So rare around here. Service is always pleasant and responsive. If you are looking for pizza by the slice as we were this was a decent location. They had pepperoni for $4.95 a slice and cheese for $3.95 a slice but no other options. We stopped here last week on our way to the airport. My wife enjoyed her pasta, and I enjoyed my cheese steak. I grew up in Philadelphia, so I have a lot of experience with cheesesteaks. If you had told me that I was sitting in Philadelphia eating that cheesesteak, I would have believed you. And that - from me - is high praise! Perfectly seasoned, and the bread reminded me of home. I'm a Long Island New York native who moved to WA just over a year ago and I had accepted that pizza outside NY/NJ was... what it was. But Bite of New York changed that. I went in last night after seeing another Brooklyn/Long Islander rave review and decided to try it. I had a plain slice and a pepperoni. Not too many places where you can order by the slice out here so I was hopeful. I picked up a slice and it folded perfectly, melting mozzarella sliding towards me. Oh man was it great! This pizzeria is the BEST around here. The ingredients are fresh, the pizza is delicious, thin crust, crunchy borders (I actually eat the crust here). The restaurant is always clean and quiet, which I appreciate, having young children. The cherry on top really are the owners, Gulnara and Rashed (I hope my spelling is correct). They are the sweetest! They are so attentive, they are kind to our children, they never rush us or make faces if our babies are loud. We ordered Uber eats tonight and had them bring us pizza and chicken strips from bite of New York. All I can say is that I'm very thankful. I have not tried this place till now because it was Amazing. I have no doubt that this will Neil be one of our new favorite places to go. I am kind of a pizza snob because of the crust and this is the real stuff guys. This crossed taste like a pizza from Italy. Yes it's that good. The crust taste perfect. Real cheese real pepperoni and wow is all I will say about the sauce. We also ordered chicken strips and got a couple sides of ranch and all of it was excellent. I picked up my order and decided to check the bag in the car, there was no side of cheese sauce in the bag and there was also no cheese sauce on the cheesesteak. I had to go back in to request them. I'm not even sure how to describe the meat, it's basically two formed patties, like the normal sliced beef you would expect was formed in molds of some kind, there were slices of cheese that were melted, it was a dry sandwich. Even adding the cheese sauce didn't save it. It's nothing like whiz, not even like nacho cheese, it's some sad watery cheese sauce. After a couple bites I gave up and threw everything back in the bag. This was an absolute waste of time and $16. This is a lesson learned, if trying something new for the first time, order on an app where the consumer has some protection in case what you get is inedible.
