I understand that policies must be followed, but it would have been appreciated if someone had informed me that IDs are now being required when I arrived, rather than asking me to step outside and refusing to sell me what I came for. I've even met the owner a few times, and she was always very nice. However, this was a disappointing way to handle the situation.
